From what I've seen, might be actually better idea to first go for loggers camp, then granary + storage (very important before first rain), then food and firewood and only then focus on houses

Will there be castle walls? for defense etc. or any walls to protect your settlements?
You can build walls around your Manor but not your settlement.

@@dragon501000 The game is still early access so adding lots more things like defensive walls is within the realm of possibility.
No castles in this game, no castle walls, this is a "village building simulator".
Wait, when you are talking about burgase house plots, your one house with the addition is almost the same size as 2 plots, and houses 2 people (the same amount as two plots), but only has one backyard. Your strategy isn't adding up...

Very nice..like combining total war with ancestors legacy game. Hoping there's dlc with viking,saxon etc stuff too.

No, because it’s not a finished game, it’s early access on PC only for now. They have said they are starting to work on a Xbox version, but I’m sure they still have a lot of work to do to finish it on PC before that will be completed.

This will not be possible due the intricate amount of controls the game has and requiring a mouse cursor for mostly every interaction with anything. For PC though Steam input settings will allow you to map keybinds to a controller but it wouldn't work very well since you'd be using a thumbstick to control a mouse cursor.

Not going to support this anti-criticism development, they literally deleting and banning genuine critic posts and questioning the future of the game itself because it worked only by a single person in the Steam forum. That is a major red flag for me.
