    I did this yesterday, but was only able to because I'm familiar with BodyBalance from Wellington Les Mills. I can barely hear the verbal cues because the music is in the foreground. I miss BB, and wish I could find a good recorded session where the sound isn't a problem.

    Hip track not done properly. very basic moves. ok for a beginners class only
