No, the Hardie panels have a stucco texture that matched my house's real stucco well enough. I kept the spacing between the panels to replicate the expansion joints on the house, and filled those with caulk before I painted.
@@theoneandonlymoni6204 I intentionally created wider seams between panels to mirror the expansion joints in the stucco of my house. I filled these with flexible caulk to help with expansion, and it has held up well.

@@MakeitGoode1 are you seeing the seems yet? I have heard oyher complain about the seems becoming more visible as time goes on

What kind of tool did you use could you share with me the Nail gun and what kind of compressor, what type of nails? etc. Nice video!
