- A day after Russia's threat to the U.S. and NATO, Washington has made a big statement. Pentagon spokesperson Patrick Ryder said that the United States authorities do not want civilian deaths and will discuss the issue with the Ukrainian government. The comment came after a sharp response from the Vladimir Putin government. The Russian defence ministry said that "NATO will pay for the killing of innocent Russians." Watch for more.
