Dax is basically saying over torquing. Because of the increased strain to throw with more velo, add in precision, and endurance...you have a horrible storm for shoulders, rotator cuffs, and forearms. That repetitive impact on the body destroys
I also saw a guy saying that a lot of these pitchers now are "cheating" their body to throw high velo by scap loading and then that puts high strain on their elbow when they go to throw. I think everything plays a part in the modern game, but especially the fact that pitchers don't get big contracts for getting 20 groundouts per game.
I love these videos, especially when you can talk with the players. It shows their personality and make me a fan of them when they are like Dax. Great video Dimmu. I can tell you enjoy doing these too.

Depends on the car, if we're talking like a Honda Civic shitbox then yes that's getting scammed, if you have a newer like 2017 and up sedan or suv that's worth around 20k, then I would say about $300-550 would be understandable, the only thing I could see where insurance is over $600, is a R title, a modded vehicle, or an expensive car like a corvette or something. Also, area matters as well, such as if you live in a shitty part of town they're going to raise your insurance because your more likely to get into an accident or someone might damage your vehicle. If you live out in the sticks or a rural area it's slightly cheaper, but that's not always the case. There's so many variables when it comes to insurance. Age also matters, and your driving record which is a big one. If you already have tickets and accidents on your record, it'll definitely be much more expensive. Just having a car is expensive, taking care of it is even more expensive. But since we all can't run at super speed, they are needed unfortunately.

Pitchers should be trained to pitch with what they have and not be trained to push every fastball as hard as they can. If they hit 93-95 with great effort, don't have them train to overthrow more to hit 96-99 with less control. Learn to make the ball move more, with more control and less velocity, much better for the long run...
