Thank you for this amazing video. I can understand it easily. But, I wanna ask something. So, I have a big database that contains so many tables but not all of my tables are related to the other. When my table doesn't related with any table, how's the better way to relate the data?
Hi Thank you so much for the nice comment. Sadly Tableau didn't offer good solution for such situation. You have either to make a datasource for each table, which is really annoying if you have multiple tables, or you have to relate them using "Relationship Calculation" by entering the same value for each side. Here you can find more info: community.tableau.com/s/question/0D54T00001HrCNdSAN/import-multiple-unrelated-tables-in-same-data-source But again this not really good solution from Tableau, because it is risky if someone uses two tables using this fake relationship. In such situations, PowerBI is way better by data modelling that Tableau. I hope this helped you
@@DataWithBaraa Yes, so far I make difference datasource for each variable that doesn't have relation to another.. But I haven't tried to make visualisation with those tables. Do you have any experience to that situation and is it safe to make auto updated chart? Since i connected my Tableau with my data from SSMS that will always updated each month. Thank you very much
