- Today I’m touring one of my best friends mansions in Emirates Hills. Rizwan Sajan and Adel Sajan are the owners of this whopping 8 bedroom mansion on the Golf course in Emirates Hills.
We tour his mansion and then go for a test drive in his Ferarri & Lamborghini through Dubai.
Rizwan Sajan is the Chairman of Danube Group and is listed as one of the wealthiest Indians in Dubai. Danube Group is a conglomerate best known for being the largest building materials company in the Gulf and their property arm, Danube Properties is one of the leading developers in Dubai. Danube Home is their home building brand where they sell everything from furniture, to building materials all under one roof.
This mansion is one of the best houses I have seen in Dubai, and even though it’s not for sale, it’s a fabulous piece of Real estate!

The house was the best I've seen in my life. but to be honest The father the son and his wife were the epic of this video it showed how humble and nice they are. All the likes goes to the family. Thank you for showing the owners as well as the house. What a wonderful family.

Rizwan and Adel Sajan's mansion are wonderful. I like the white marble living room with the big chandelier. I like the dining room with the custom chandelier and Swarovski table. I like the king and queen's pounder room with gold sinks. I like the black, white, and gold Versace master bedroom that has the fish tank. I like the master bathroom. I like the boutique-style walking closet with the cool watches. I like the Rolls Royce Phantom and Bentley Mulsanne.
The owner is more in love with his game room. Just an old kid, with too much of dads money. Oh well.

This house is really nice but we all need to remember to stay focused on our akhira (hereafter)
Allah(God) says in the Quran (29:64) "The life of this world is nothing but pastime and play! It is the life of the hereafter that is the true life: if they but knew it."
no matter what religion you are or who you are, its nice to work hard for a house like this or a nice car but remember that we are only here temporarily, the average person (in the U.S) only lives till about 80, So don't waste ur whole life working for this world and forget about ur afterlife. Instead work hard for Jannah (heaven) where Allah says we will all be given huge mansions, and where one room in your house is 60 miles long, and you can live in luxury and the best part is... Itll be a permanent house and you will never have to worry about death in Jannah.

@@Naveen-iu7eu the most simple answer i can give to that is, God says in the Quran "i created men only to serve me" this verse basically just shows that the reason we die and the reason we are born and the reason life is so short and we all have so many bad things (tests from Allah) that happen to us is bc our reason for life is to worship him and if you live anyone lives there life doing that, then they will be rewarded, thats why in another verse, God talks about how this life was purposely made to be difficult but fun and beautiful at the same time
@@Naveen-iu7eu Think abt it this way, you get a job somewhere and ur job is to move boxes from one place to another, if u do ur job well then at the end of the week u get ur payment or ur reward, But if u just get ur job and instead of moving boxes u decide to drink and party and just watch tv and not do anything u get a punishment, and get fired, thats how life is, we have a purpose and filling out that purpose we get rewarded for, God says in the Quran "Then did u think that we created you uselessly and that to us you would not be returned?"
