She seems to be struggling with an ED I was there once I was that health conscious freak but I ended up losing more than what a healthy normal weight should be after a couple of years so I finally switched and now know how unhealthy my health kick was. Don’t get me wrong I know eating lots of processed food on a regular basis is bad but restricting yourself like her is just as bad ! You have to learn to strike a balance between the bad and the good !

I wouldn't be too worried. Seohyun used to have more full meals, such as when she was in SNSD. Since she's mostly busy as an actress nowadays she eats small for breakfast and lunch like you saw in this episode, however she does eat full meals for dinner :) Directors usually want actors to be slimmed down for the camera so whenever she doesn't have any schedules she tends to eat a filling brunch. Seohyun luckily eats healthy enough that she gets all her nutritional needs. She's always been very meticulous 😆

LOL, orange juice is not healthy, juices, natural or processed have more sugar than eating the fruit itself. Also, nuts, contrary to general belief are not that healthy, I bet that the proper daily portion is half the packet she gave him. People love their almonds and other types of nuts but for example, the daily maximum amount of almonds you should have is like 8, not more than that. Also, it's evident that Seobaby is in a very very restrictive diet, even more so than when she was in SNSD and loved her garlic and sweet potatoes (aww I miss the goguma couple), if she looks skinny on tv, I can't imagine IRL.
