What a bold way to open the season, and the animation/lighting/etc is absolutely phenomenal as always! One neat detail that's easy to overlook is Mutsumi has a Schecter guitar (as does one of the sumimi members later on), which is super interesting as I'm pretty sure it's the first time non-ESP guitars/basses have had their proper brand names. Maybe we'll see Moca's Schecter BH-1 feature its proper trademarks in the future.

Still, this makes it even stranger that Moca's guitar has always lacked its markings. Especially when we've seen that Sachika Misawa owns a real one and played it on stage at one of the lives, of course having its proper trademarks and all that.

Also you can see some similarities in body and head of some series (Diamond for example) to ESP shapes. About Moca - i think CraftEgg team just do some research and give non-live band some different instruments just in terms of nice looking/fitting the character. Somehow Moca get Schecter, but its obviously was not on purpose. I think even Sachika's perfomance was not even planned, so it's just a coincidence. As you may know Mutsumi (and girl with another Schecter guitar from karaoke) would be a part of Ave Mujica in close future, so if you see their 0th Live, all guitarists (main vocal, guitar and bass) are already have custom guitars/bass with Ave Mujica symbol on 12th fret, so now its a matter of contract. And it's great. In this anime they obviously can't have logo yet, but shape and color of guitars are same.
Its crazy how sakiko just flipped like a switch out of nowhere and decides to quit the band, in a rather rude way as well. she even scolds tomori basically telling her her singing isnt good enough even though sakiko was the one that roped tomori into forming a band in the first place! I think it mightve been because she got a few hate comments from their first show but that would be the pettiest reason ever to quit HER band entirely... geez

This seems to be something more than just simple hate comments, given it was less her quitting the band and more so her quitting her whole life. She left the band she'd just formed, transferred out of prestigious Tsukinomori to the much more "normal" Haneoka, basically dropped all the "elegant/nobility" sort of elements of her mannerisms and personality, and makes it very clear to Mutsumi when they meet again that it's extremely important to her that her identity and location remain a secret. She's clearly running and hiding from someone or something. :(

When she says she didn't have any fun in the band, I'm guessing she's just saying that because she doesn't want to be at odds with Sakiko out of loyalty or something since they're childhood friends and values their friendship a lot. She also kept information from Soyo on where Sakiko is and even decided to contact Sakiko personally instead of giving her address. So far the show is pretty interesting as were seeing what will probably be the band story on how MyGo is formed along with Ave Mujica. The show is "Its MyGo" and is focused on that band but Sakiko and Mutsumi got a good amount of screen time and importance in the first 3 episodes so far. I wonder if they're gonna be pushed to the sideline for the most part after Rana joins the band and mostly be reoccurring side characters at school or Ave Mujica is gonna form roughly around the same time and have split screen time with MyGo the animes focus.
After rewatching ep3 I’m still not sure about mutsumi tbh, her demeanor and expressions throughout the episode could very well support her own words. Or that’s just her default expression and she’s actually enjoying the band lol

これ見た時最初、5話くらいまで解散に至る経緯を説明して、6話からその後のどうなるのか、って内容だと思った

3話全部見たけれど、今までに登場したキャラや歌が出て来て面白かった！ここからマイゴーがどうやって結成するのか楽しみ！
3話まで見ました。
初期メンバーのさーやとかつぐみちゃんとかも出てるの良かった
これ見て思ったのが立希は羽丘の中等部の制服だから普通ならそのまま内部進学するけど祥子が羽丘に行くって聞いたから花咲川にしたのかな。
それだったら燈が羽丘に行くって言っても祥子が居るからって理由で納得するけどそうなると祥子が羽丘に行った理由がわからなくなった。
3話まで観ました
皆がどのように成長し変わっていくのか楽しみです！
初期のバンドリメンバーがところ所映り込んだり出演してるので探すのも面白いですよ
mygoのメンバー以外の2人、そういうことか。ちょっと震えた。
その2人がまさかの新バンドメンバーとしてMyGO!!!!!の前に立ちはだかる……かどうかはわからないが、少なくとも新作テレビアニメのヒロインであることだけは確か。2025年も初っ端からバンドリシリーズは全開だ(；´Д｀)

Schecter is owned by ESP, so its nothing special. But still its very nice to see them promote other brands, i think Schecter deserve it

（その身勝手のせいで、ボーカルの娘のメンタル傷付けたり、ドラムの娘も性格変わってギスギスしてるし）
次の4話でも、その理由をハッキリさせないでグダグダした展開が続くなら、もうそれで観るのを辞めますわ
