The months seem the easiest one for non native people like me😅
And I like your French pronunciation of “Octobre”
    You’re a polyglot 👍

Adanne daalu. You're doing a great job. We need not only to save our great Igbo language but to recover every lost or fading part of it.
For the months, we actually have 13 Igbo months, and our months are made up of 7 weeks. A week is 4 days; Orie, Afor, Nkwo and Eke. 7 weeks, ie 28 days make up a month and 13 months make up a year. Also some Igbo months have reals names.
    Our months are as follows
1st month - Onwa Mbu (Igbo New Year starts from the 3rd week of February)
    2nd month - Onwa Abua
3rd month - Onwa Ife Eke (you can also call it Onwa Ato, just as one can say the 3rd month of the year instead of March)
    4th month - Onwa Ano
5th month - Onwa Agwu (you can also call it Onwa Ise....)
6th month - Onwa Ifejioku (Onwa Isii)
7th month - Onwa Alomchi (Onwa Asaa)
8th month - Onwa Ilo Mmuo (Onwa Asato)
    9th month - Onwa Ana/Ala (Onwa Itolu)
10th month - Onwa Okike (Onwa Iri)
11th month - Onwa Ajan (Onwa Iri n'Otu)
12th month - Onwa Ede Ajana (Onwa Iri n'Abua)
13th month - Onwa Uzo Alusi (Onwa Ikpeazu)
These names refer to deities, gods and goddesses or ceremonies that relate to them. Just as the English months from January to December are names of their own deities, gods and goddesses. Udo

Hello, I just bumped into your channel and I must say, I enjoyed your contents. I would like to kindly request that you grant me an interview. I’m running a degree in African Studies and, as my research work, I am investigating the use of Social media in conserving the Igbo language.
I hope you favorably consider my request. Thank you.
