What I really known about was Iloilo MW was Paris-inspired in overall, while in Bacolod's MW was New York-inspired

Lafayette is Spanish inspired in design. Saint Honore and Saint Dominique are the ones with Parisian inspiration.

Overpriced like the western United States too pricey for the Phillipines.
All over priced and incredibly small its freaking Iloilo not Cebu City or Manila you have got to be nuts to buy one.
You just don't have the budget . No traffic congestion and pollution in Iloilo compared to Manila & Cebu!
