Naming aromatic compounds can be a real pain and the rules seem to be almost non existent. Hopefully this will help. Bottom line - don't stress over it!
Just commenting to prove to myself that I did show up and put in the work. I hope it works out . Thank you sir , I seriously can’t thank u enough for what you do, I wouldn’t even know where to start. ❤ thank you.
@@MaChemGuy i absolutely will, when i write my exams i will let you know how they went and when i get the results,i will let you know what i end up getting. But seriously though, i hope u know that ur videos are everything! Seriously ❤️❤️. Again thank you sm. Ur amazing at what you do and it's so kind of you to share that with everyone on UA-cam. Thanks for not "gatekeeping" ur talent, only for ur students. Haha they are so lucky to have u and i am certain they know that. 😭❤️.
When naming are the words always combined? As in would we be marked down for separating them? Thanks for the video. Great refresher before paper 2 ahhh

It’s fine to separate or not. Most important thing is the correct substituent position and things like di, tri etc.
Good luck!!!
