What are you talking about? Lol, every single one of those welds was SO bad that it's no surprise the welds kept breaking on these things constantly. That's what caused literally all the problems with these.
Thanks to fnaf I would never find animatronics interesting, before fnaf was made feared animatronics and never hurd of rock afire explosion, and I'm happy I found out about it, or I would never have learned and found this old band, I've learned more in robotics now 🖤💙🖤💙I💙

One question... in other videos with the Bear-A-Dise characters, Mitzi is wearing something tropical, but when you got her back in video #1, she was in her cheerleader outfit. I wonder what happened to it? I remember it was in the FAIL videos of another UA-camr. It looked like her neck was exposed and how it appeared that she really wasn't meant to wear anything else but her cheerleader outfit.
I really hope they took care of the show after you guys worked so hard on repairing it I never seen an animatronic in real life and I never heard of this show It was really cool watching them all be fixed now I really wish my parents brought me to a Chuck E. Cheese or something when I was little
Looks great! For that arm assembly, was it suppose to use two bolts and nuts? I only see one set of holes, but not two? Then on the rectangular piece there's two holes exposed, wasn't both supposed to be used to greatly strengthen the arm? I created a brief video of my Billy Bob to show the two bolt and nuts.

I was never old enough to see the Rock Afire Explosion but in 1998 I saw the concept unified versions at a Chuck E Cheese and continued in 2001 when I saw the country bear jamboree at Disney. Ever since then I've been fascinated with animatronic. These are the absolute greatest animated figures on the planet to me! They look so life like the dedication Aaron had to make these characters right and not take the easy way out (Example: pizza time theater) Thanks Aaron for all you do. See you soon.
FYI- the black flexible stuff that goes arround the arm is actualy aircraft air duct tubing. It has a steel spring inside like a slinkey to prevent it collapsing- the black version is low tempature version. Come in sizes from 1/2 inch up to several feet across. There is also a red skinned version that can go to 500 degrees F.
For those looking for the missing videos.I think the missing videos are only for premium subscribers which is fair as it costs ALOT of money to buy all the replacement parts for all of the animationics I think.

To ConnorL: I believe the 2-nd hole was drilled as part of an old repair attempt. Where the arm plugs into the shoulder- only 1 hole is needed as all that bolt really does is keep the pieces from sliding off each other- and possibly compress the surfaces a little. most of the loads are borne by the square tube threaded over a close fitting square peg. There was an extra hole in the wrist which I think was an attempt to reattach the hand to the wrist after the latex tore out in the hand half. they just made a new hole about an inch over..... T
When are we going to see more parts... We have seen Part I (1) to Part XX (20)... Maybe you should start making more, because we all would love to see more parts, if you can make more... Just wondering, That's all... LMAO!!!
the tube was added on by the people who own it my billy Bobs don't have that in the mech which i have three gens of Billy Bob and yeah they still have some different mechs none of them of what I have and what I've fixed/seen don't have the white piece
therockafire haha, that's actually a good idea Aaron, colour coding the parts that are complicating. Say, when's the next part coming around? Don't you have them ready to upload or have you uploaded all the videos you had to the present?
Also you can use a heavy lipstick as a sort of crush gauge for mating surfaces. Slather it heavy on one side, and press fit your parts. Then pull it back up, you will see thin and thick areas where the fit is poor, and NON where its non existent.
That thing around the Pneumatic Cylinder looks like a piece of PVC. Perhaps the Cylinder got damaged so they slipped that over the cylinder tight to seal whatever crack or hole was or could be in the cylinder.
How does this man live? He still builds animatronics, he still owns the Creative Engineering building...where does his money come from, is he a surgeon?
