That is a cute bag. I just bought a luxury bag from eBay. It was misrepresented. The handles are worn out. The rest of it is really nice. Been really upset about it. Was going to give her negative feedback because she did not disclose bad straps. eBay recommended I try to work it out with the seller first, but she is ghosting me. Her add said no returns. If she does not answer me, I am going to give her negative feedback. It was a lot of money so I do not feel really bad about it. What would you do?
Oh that's terrible! Maybe you can find a shop to replace the handles? If it's LV I have heard there are repair shops specifically for them. I don't own an original so I don't know a whole lot. Sorry about the bag. That's heartbreaking 💔
The person finally responded to my email. Of course replied that she had professional photos taken which in my opinion does not mean much. It was described as GREAT condition with no mention of the handles being extremely worn. Implied that I expected a new bag. OMG! Ebay seems to harbor a lot of liars. Said the bag was used, what did I expect? I have had problems with EBay sellers before. I am done. Lesson learned and an expensive one too!
