So, the Warrior and Brian's aren't actually mine. I borrowed them from a local store before the lock down since they can't sell anything and that way I could make the content. I haven't worn any but the Brown on the ice so... I can't really say what would be my favourite! I am really excited to get the Kenesky one on the ice though.
I don't buy chests based on which one covers the most net, so that option isn't really aimed to me. It is nice to have options though! I am trying to get an Ultrasonic set.
What kind of suspenders are those? The buttons on my Warrior pants all fell off so I need to replace them, but I’m also looking for some new suspenders.
I am struggling so bad right now to find one that works....I have an older Bauer performance cheapo model that is comfortable good mobility but not a lot of protection...trying an older Vaughn V3 model has good protection and mobility is ok but that small neck piece that says Vaughn on it is causing problems with my mask..if I have the unit low mask gets caught inside it at times, if I have the unit higher up it sometimes pushes my mask up to far.......tempted to take out that center neck piece .....I have tried several models but most are just to bulky for my liking.
If that center piece is the only thing stopping the chest form working, hard to see why removing it would be an awful idea. But I've never had a mask get stuck inside a chest like that before.
@@HockeyReviews i think I am one of the weird ones....I had considered removing that neck part but wasnt sure if that would be an issue ..between mask, neck guard and dangler I cant see any issues with removing it

He only owns the Brown and Kenesky . The other 2 are borrowed from store to demo.

Curious about a Vaughn, Bauer and Ccm chest protector in how much coverage they take. First time that I saw your face.
I still use a Vaughn V6 2200 C/A. Its so mobile and light, I can't get away from it.
Me too!! I feel like that was Vaughn’s last truly protective chest protection though unfortunately.

Mat, your thoughts on Brown's added shoulder floaters to give more height/coverage. Also, are you getting the Bauer Ultrasonic blocker?

Are the arms of the warrior so big that they make the shirt tight around em? basically reducing your movement around your elbow?
No it didn't really restrict movement.

These still need buttons. You can get these style of suspenders from Halo Hockey. If you do let them know I sent you ;)

These are Fit 4 pro stock pants.
Looking for squirt (10U) chest protector
Just go with whatever fits best and they are comfortable with.
Here is a question for you. Do you get better coverage with your chest protector out or in?
Probably out as it sits on top of the pants.
