the last base has a second way in to do much more quietly without any yellow alert. i had the same missions yesterday in complete darkness. helps allot being stealthy. the sound problem was just at that last base i think. the day before i had 2 trucks sticking in together and rumbling around the base i had to do the mission. we need definently the next patch!!
Hey Will. All faction missions that 'locate' give u general area to seach. Once u reach the area that needs searching the objective dissapears until u find what needs to be located.
FIXES NEEDED: Make CAMO actually work! You could dress as a clown with a red light on your head and get as much Camo effect....Make it so that theres an actual CAMO rating that works.....Also WHY is it that ALL enemy have Night vision / Heat Vision / Radar Vision??? It could be pitch black..youre cammed out in black...and every guy can see you 100 yards away???? If youre seen then every other bad guy for a mile can see u?? like WTF!???? How about if theyre not wearing night vision they dont get magic eyes! So frustrating.
To be fair if you’re sneaking around in a base at night unless your inside you want to wear what you would normally wear at daytime because the camo black and night black are completely different
If they added similar shadow tactics like SC1, here you are invisible, it’s be killer. I mean, once i got invisibility in MGS, i had so much fun freaking out guards!
Another fix needed is the consistency of re-try missions... I played a recent mission that was off the rails - One base had 15 Radio operators! I call them the Rats -I kill them first, but 15!! Same base had 6 snipers / 3 Rocket Launch guys and a bunch of regular soldiers / plus one Tank. So after wiping out most of this insane base I snuck in to the base and went into a building - which of course then all of the remaining soldiers Stormed into after me because they have ESP???? I was literally unseen and as soon as I entered the building I was gang rushed! LOL....So stupid.... So after dying I respawn to try again...only this time theres 2 guys!!! TWO!!!! like wtf?

If you go and try to select both weapons it says they both use 5.56mm ammo.! Assault Rifles use 5.56mm or 7.62mm and Pistols use 9mm, .45, 5.56mm and .338 ammo! I've checked all of this before replying, check for yourself!!
In reality your right about the ammo for the FN-57 pistol but the game doesn't use all the correct ammo cos it'd be a nightmare trying to find the correct ammo for your guns. The P90 uses the same round as the FN-57 but in the game its 5.56mm! The .50 cal Snipers and Desert Eagle all use a .338 round for some weird reason!
I love the game but they need to fix alot of stuff and maybe add a few new things as well. The sound needs the most work in my opinion, it's totally broke as fuck.! When did you last play the game?
If you got the yr 1 pass you'll have some new missions and weapons to mess around with. Ubisoft are releasing an update within the next few months which should fix alot of bugs and includes A.I Team mates. I'll still play without the A.I team mates, cos they always did some dumb shit in Wildlands which got me killed.!

Granted this is wildlands I’m talking about, but breakpoint is the same; I’ve had things happen playing ghost recon like having several enemy helicopters flying overhead and I go into a building and sit there for long enough that eventually I “vanished“ and the enemy acts like they’re saying “huh he must’ve disappeared“ so they fly off and then as soon as I came out of the building they came right back to the area I was in and started looking for me again as though they somehow knew that I had exited the building, even though since they were like maybe a half a kilometer away at that point, there was absolutely no way they could’ve known except that it was the computer and the computer knew. So yeah that’s the way the game is but it’s complete BS and I implore ubisoft to not designe the AI this way with their next ghost recon title. 😒😒
I'd have to say go with the way the game was intended. I played the entire campaign in immersive and struggled to have enough weapon and metal parts for upgrades (you can only find them in crates or quest rewards in immersive, whereas you can disassemble guns in normal mode). If not for that one difference, I'd would have said go with immersive because it's overall, more fun for me to be able to pickup enemy weapons and go anywhere on the map without having to worry about enemy "level".
@@ThriceAsLong I never got that many from a convey in immersive mode. Normally I'd just go kill a Behemoth/Blyeth for metal parts (80 per kill in immersive). The real issue with immersive was having enough weapon specific parts (smg parts, sniper parts, ar parts, etc). I switched it to normal mode after I had beat the game in immersive, and because I could now dismantle weapons, I received more parts in 30 minutes than my entire immersive playthrough. They really need to balance that.
If you want realism go for immersive mode. it feels a lot better having a gun that is just a gun and doesn't need to have a high tier to be able to kill stronger enemies. The reason Ubisoft added immersive mode was because not many people liked the idea of a looter shooter in ghost recon.
IM at 92.3% and I dont know where the other 8% is, I have no dark areas. How is the collectibles collection going? did you get the 8 misterious carrillons?
After a few hours of land, air, and sea today I'm up to 93% now but I still have quite a bit of dark to unveil. As far as collectibles I have - Blueprints: 102 of 103, VIP Profiles: 73 of 79, World Lore: 47 of 48, Stashes: 51 of 52.

You must not have played wildlands lol, the stealth aspect has actually improved if you can believe it. but i agree it needs more tweaking

The pistol your using also uses the same ammo as your assault rifle.! Do you use the pack mule perk.?

Just bought this game and haven’t started yet. Is it better to play it on immersive with the loot and gun tier system removed or as the game intended.
