Younus Khan is a GREAT Test batsman. He was the King of flat track. I would love to see him as Bangladesh Development Squad's Head Coach. He can make our little tigers into proper Test match potentials.
He had centuries and big hundreds on all tracks 173, 218 England 175 SCG Australia 113, 139 South Africa 149 New Zealand It's a shame he just played 6 tests in Australia, but he averaged above 48 there.
Correction, He played 6 matches in Australia, averaged above 50, scored 175* at Sydney, other prominent scores were 87 at Melbourne and another 40 odd in same test, 65 at the Gabba. In his 6 matches in Australia he scored 557 runs. The one negative in Australia being that he missed out on two fifties once out for 46 and once for 44.

He has a better test record than inzamam. The best quality of his batting was his high level concentration during his batting. Inzamam was more talented than him but he often use to throw away his wicket due to his laziness. Infact inzi was at par in talent with the great Sachin and Ricky ponting.
What a legend! He served Pakistan really well with his middle order anchor, partnership batting. Him alongside Yousuf Youhana & Inzamam Ul Haq were the best middle order batsmen for Pakistan.
