One tip that I would recommend is to look at the property management companies and make sure they don't have bad reviews! We almost signed with a horrible property management company which that will affect you if you ever run into any problems (heating, water, mold, pests, etc)> Def make sure to do your research with that, too :) But yay so excited for whenever you decide to move!
Toured some apartments in DC this weekend and came to the conclusion that self-guided tours should be the norm! I loved being able to be critical and talk thru the decision without having an agent try to convince me of the space!
I feel like you shouldn’t move until this whole thing is mostly over or at least until NYC Is opened for you to go have a social life otherwise....you’re moving into isolation. I’d rather just chill with the parents and embrace the not ideal situation of living with your family
I second this notion. Why take any risk at all? 3 Immediate benefits: 1) Saving Money 2) Love and support of your family 3) Not risk your health by not knowing how clean the apartment is. All the best!
I also don’t think this move is good right now. NYC would be the last place I’d go right now. I couldn’t imagine being cooped up in that apartment. NYC will always be there!
Not sure if this helps! But I had a job offer for a large corporation in New York and they said that their company and office building is targeting to return to offices in October/November. So that might be a sign when things might return to normal? Not sure but that’s what they told me!
I’m from Ontario Canada and our entire summer is pretty much cancelled, beaches closed, bars and restaurants closed, etc... and we haven’t had a single new case in 4 weeks, I know US is different but I’d imagine New York wouldn’t be open this summer
I totally understand how excited you are to move to New York but I just want to reiterate what everyone else is saying to definitely not rush your search and sign a lease in the first apartment you’ve seen! I jumped the gun on my first apartment in New York and overlooked so many problems with it that I ended up having to break my lease six months early and lose thousands of dollars. It was a learning experience but an expensive one that could’ve been avoided so I HIGHLY recommend taking your time. You’ll know when you find the perfect place!
I think fall would be good! , just because more places may be open and also check more places with better lighting and make sure you see if the area is usually louder when that area is more busy at different times and if the neighbors are loud!
I moved to nyc last September and have been home with my parents since March. I would HIGHLY not recommend moving until later in the year. I am paying my rent and not even living in my apartment due to the situation and since nyc is very empty and not that open, it seems like you’ll be paying rent and not enjoy yourself until much later. I feel like fall (I think) will be best time to try and move when you’ll really be able to enjoy the city whenever the new normal starts.
I would recommend waiting! Even if a few more things open. You didn’t like being alone in Boston so I would hate for you to spend so much money to be alone again! Everything will fall into place when it’s supposed to!
I’m so excited for you. I truly believe that all the shit you went through in the past year is what taught you what you needed and now (well, when corona ends) is gonna be your time to THRIVE and follow your dreams!
I dont think you should move to NYC right now I dont think its going to go back to normal for a while, especially socially. You'll find a nice apt when things are more clear about reopening. Im in the same position as you, recent grad wanting to go to nyc but I just dont think its smart. Youd being paying a for a few months rent when you can't even do anything . But do whats best for you!!! You're the only person that can decide that.
If it's important to you to have a doorman/amenities, I would look in Chelsea/flatiron! Still so central to everything but they have more new/remodeled buildings. With the amount of packages you get I think you'll appreciate a doorman! I love ev and spend a lot of time there but it definitely has a grungier feel. Also in the unit you looked at you're likely paying extra for a washer dryer in unit (which is such a luxury in Manhattan) I'd personally choose more space over washer/dryer in unit and look for in building instead! More inventory for a July 1st lease will come up in mid June. But as others have said, I think New York is far from being back to normal and so many companies have announced wfh through all of 2020. I would personally wait to move until things are closer to being back to normal! Sorry for the unsolicited advice, and so excited for future nyc content!
it's definitely tempting but I would not rec moving to the city just yet, save money and maybe reconsider in August/Sept! It sucks putting your life on hold but you're much better off waiting until the pandemic has calmed down. there are SO many apartments in nyc and there is no ~perfect~ apartment so don't jump at something just because it feels perfect. a similar apartment will be there the next month tbh
NYC is nowhere near opening. I know you’ve probably seen some youtubers living in NYC go back to their apartments but the virus has still impacted many communities so I can’t imagine restaurants and stores opening before September.
Just to add to the chorus - absolutely recommend taking advantage of living with your parents and being VERY picky about where you live. It’s such a luxury to not have to rush to decide and be able to wait patiently for a place that checks all (or most) of the boxes 😊
@@brookemiccio hugs from me, hope you're ok after all that happened, I subscribed to your channel because UA-cam suggested you and I had a quick watch and like your personality and am happy to listen to you chatting away, am not at all interested in the stuff you buy because I'm a dude, like listening to you hehe,if you show me some mens products I will buy them if they are on amazon uk through your links. Stay well and have a better week ahead, you don't know me but I am wishing you well and hope you're alright. This may be a strange ask but I love when other apartment tours mention what the price of the unit is! I think it’s super interesting but also helpful for anyone moving to the city!
I don’t think she has to reveal the prices but most vlogs I’ve watched of people touring NY apartments put the square footage and the price because it’s information for people who really need it. I get being skeptical about putting your rent online but if she’s just touring, it can’t hurt to put that in there. Especially if you’re not going to be living there.
As a fellow New Yorker, I think you should stay with your parents at their gorgeous house for the time being. NY might become Armageddon lol especially if we get a second wave. Just my two cents. I think if we actually have a summer you can still be at home and not have to worry paying a ridiculous amount of money for a place you’re not at or cooped up in all alone. I also highly recommend getting into a building with a doorman. Just my two cents. Love your stuff Brooke 💛💛💛💛
Love this video! When you do finally pick your apartment can you do it house hunters style? Like show us three apartments and the price ranges, pros and cons and which one you picked? 💕
Brooke I cannot stress this enough. There WILL be a second wave in the fall and it is HIGHLY likely New York City will shut down again. It is such a population dense area, I just think moving solo in the middle of this summer is absolutely insane. Don't rush out of living with your parents because of any kind of commitment you feel to your followers because you said you wanted to move to NYC. You are only 23, you could save so much money and then when you can actually move to New York when stuff is actually open you can ball out instead of having another 6 months in isolation paying an obscene amount in rent.
Can I just say how awesome Brooke is?? When she was explaining to us all the details of the apartment application and giving us tours, I literally felt like I was her best friend and she was filling me in hahaha. Love you Brooke!!!!!
I live in nyc and I’m so excited for you! But I’d recommend taking some more time to look at different units, and not just in the east village. I know you want to be closer to downtown, but you don’t need to limit yourself to one area for that. Considering you have a decent budget, you could find a bigger place if you just branch out a tiny bit!
Completely agree with this, people make it seem like you have to be at the center of what is happening always, but honestly I lived in Astoria and now the UWS and just having so much more space for your money is the best feeling!
Brooke I also lived in Boston for college, so I totally get where you’re coming from! Keep in mind that it’s sooo much easier to get around nyc. I have friends who live around West Village, Midtown East (Murray Hill and Turtle Bay), and the lower portion on UES and they can easily get to all parts of the city, too!
We are looking to move to nyc in January 2021.. we are considering Hudson Yards, midtown west, or UWS. Do you have any negative thoughts about any of those areas?
Totally agree with this! I live in NYC too, and am originally from Boston/Cambridge. It's really fast to get around in NYC compared to Boston because the subway is so frequent and stops are every few blocks. I think a lot of people moving to NYC feel the same concern and end up in East Village to be close to "downtown". You'll get a much larger and newer (fewer pests) apartment in a different area of Manhattan, and each neighborhood has a ton of bars / restaurants. I would prioritize finding a place you really love near a grocery store and subway line, and that you can see yourself staying for a few years, since moving is a pain and really expensive in NYC. I've lived in UWS, UES, and Park Slope Brooklyn, and all are super walkable, with tons of restaurants/bars in the area, and easy to get to another part of the city! Hope this is helpful!
Hi Brooke. I was happy to hear you went to Long Island to be with your parents. Here is something to consider: when you move it needs to be a place you think you can be happy if there is another 3-4month quarantine this winter. Personally I would find an apt near your parents' house and put off living in NYC for a year. Be prepared for another quarantine. Good luck with your decision.
I love seeing NYC apartment tours, so thanks for bringing us along on your first one! I honestly think you will know when the time is right to make your NYC move. Trust your instincts and don’t feel rushed into anything. We all love your home vlogs right now with your fam! ♥️
Hey! I've lived in manhattan for the last 7 years and have been in quite a few apartments around the city (3 in the east village). I have to say from experience, you really should try to look at a few apartments before deciding on one. Don't go for the first that you see! It seems like things are so quick and stressful, but once you get to the point where you're looking to live in a nicer unit (buildings with doormans, elevators, high end finishings, etc) for everyone 1 unit that goes to someone else, another 2 will pop up. ESPECIALLY during covid and ESPECIALLY during the summer (i think like 85% of the EV moves from june-september). Basically... just don't feel like you need to jump in to anything! You'll find your perfect place :)
I'm moving to LA from Chicago (neither place nowhere near as bad as NYC) so it's not impossible to do a big move right now. I think NYC is different because you rely on public places to socialize, unless you have a decent group of friends you can hang out with in NYC. I think it's also important to remember that you will be back to living alone again which will be a big adjustment after living with your family. So much love to you girl, your channel is so relatable
Brooke I feel like I really connect with you. Graduated the same year, feel like you’re one of my besties. One word of advice to you that I’ve heard recently that really resonated with me that I think could help you too: don’t take life too seriously. Just do your thang, everything else will fall into place. You are such a great gal and deserve so much- just keep doin you. Love you gal.
I am so excited for your NYC vlogs! I know it's gonna be the place where you thriveeeeee and seeing you tour these apartments have gotten me so excited for what's to come. I know a lot of the comments are telling you to not jump into it and all that, but honestly do whatever makes you happy. As long as you're safe and happy, you can do anything you want. This could all be over in a few months or could go on for another year, but putting off your dreams is not gonna do you any good girl. Just keep yourself and others safe. Big love!
I'm from Long Island too but I honestly have no idea about real estate in the city. However, I think you made the right choice to wait. Now you can compare this apartment to others in the area and it gives you a little more time to find the perfect one for your wants/needs.
Agree with everyone here, you should definitely wait. I live in Brooklyn but I left New York the second week of March to ride this out with my family and my office won’t open up until Labor Day at the earliest. I had to make the tough choice not to renew my lease because I know New York won’t be open to have the fun summer we’re all wishing for. My biggest tip would be to keep an eye on trends in the street easy index so you can see when prices start to pick back up again.
I said it once and I'll say it again Brooke you by far are the realest and most relatable and just all around best in my opinion. You're younger than me yet I look up to and admire you so much much love and support from Pa
I think it makes so much sense to look at buildings with a doorman. I have heard a lot of content creators say they have a really hard time with all their packages when they do not have a doorman. I am just a normal 20 something year old living in the city and it is hard getting packages without a doorman because we have had a lot of issues with things being stolen and I know a lot of my friends who do not have a doorman have the same issue and will ship more valuable things to friends' buildings that do have a doorman. I think it is really practical for you to have one
If your vibe is downtown consider also, Flatiron, Chelsea, Nolita , Lower east side. all of them have a somewhat different social scene. East village is more college vibes but is still pretty close to other places downtown.
Brooke can you please say the price range of these apartments I’m so curious because of budgeting myself if I move to nyc!! Thank you so excited for youuuu
I completely think that if you want to move soon then you should! As long as you’re safe then it shouldn’t really matter. I just graduated college and am waiting to find out from employers on jobs (covid has made my original post grad job cancelled, so I’m looking for something new). Once I find out what I’m doing you know for sure I’m moving! Obviously I’m gonna be safe when I move, just like you will be. Anyway stay true to yourself and if you’re being safe then YOU DO YOU GIRLY 🤍
i live in nyc & in my opinion, i feel like nyc is never going to be the same like it was before the quarantine/lockdown. even after the state reopens, nyc was hit so hard and many people got very scared. my point is don’t wait for nyc to return to normal bc then you’ll never move. i would just keep being updated on the news and move when you feel comfortable. ily :)
I think you just have to let things flow. If it feels right in the moment then move to the city. Who knows maybe you’ll only live there for a year or maybe you’ll live there for 5. Just go with what feels natural. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to have it all figured out Brooke! Also I’m a huge fan of mind hunter! 💓💓
Seeing a lot of comments with a lot of opinions, but Brooke you need to do what’s right for you and your life. You will make the right choices for you and I love watching it! 💓
I'm soooooo excited to watch your move and hopefully get a finished apartment video, home decor video and a few videos of all the places that you really enjoy in the city where you move💜💚💙
I think if I were you I'd be spending the summer at home where you are safe, and stable. Use the time to save and research then think more about moving in the autumn if things are a little more settled then. New York City will still be there next year, but the world needs more time to heal ❤️🌎
so smart for you to wait it out and see. but also, smart to view things to start to get an idea of what you'd like/the area. don't worry about it! take your time!
I saw the notification on my phone & I almost dumped my coffee getting up to reach for my laptop! I love how we are both in the process of moving! Moving vlogs are lit & I’m excited filming, etc! A TRUE gal on the go!
Glad to hear that you decided to pass on that apartment - even though it looked really nice, I know in the past you've talked about being impulsive and making quick decisions, and I just think this is one of those things that would benefit from more time to consider your other options (and of course a more ideal move in date) ❤
As someone who is currently in the processes of moving, I 100% agree that the deals are AMAZING! If you love, like even when just looking at the pictures online of the unit I would say go for it. If you are going to be paying for Boston and this would not start until July you won't be paying rent in two places, but you could take your stuff into the city after you move out and leave it in the new place. This way you can stay on the island and then go into the city when everything calms down. I personally am about to pay rent in two places because the new unit is giving us two months rent free... so I 100% get what you are feeling!
I'm so glad you're being so transparent. I know it's hard because there's a lot of criticism and opinions, but I'm so happy you're finally making the moves to get to NYC!!!
Coming from the Tri state area, I would wait until you even hear about schools, dorms, etc. it will help be a major indicator for “returning to normal” since its extremely cramped spaces and people get sick very quickly in those settings, they were the first things to shut down. A lot of people will most likely be moving out of NYC completely once the go ahead is cleared for more reopenings and people can find jobs which will open up more units for you to see and possibly more bang for your buck! I know in NJ they don’t really plan on opening bars back up fully apparently until end of August/early September! I would wait until then to finalize your plan and pick a place!
Yesss, I've lived all over Manhattan, but moved to the east village spring 2019, and I never want to leave. My favorite neighborhood by far. It's the best for someone in their 20s, IMO. Very excited for you!
I don’t know if you have ever tried them but I totally recommend reusable cotton rounds! I got some from Amazon and they are life changing! Eco friendly and cheaper cause you don’t have to keep repurchasing them! You just throw them in the wash and it’s good as new! 10/10!
Hey girl! I loved the first unit! It was cute. I understand why you passed but I hope things work out for another one you like as much! I know the virus has really changed things and it’s a scary time but you need to do what’s best for you. Moving is already stressful enough and seeing some of the comments probably stress you more. Don’t let it get to you. Just be as safe as you can. Your heart is in NYC. If you feel ready, go for it. Take your time and make sure you research your properties. You know mostly what you’re looking for which is great and I’m so happy that your family is there to help. You’ve got this! Keep doing you.
I'm glad you're thinking really hard about this move! Always do what's best for you, in the end you'll either be glad that you did it, or a learning experience! I can't wait to see more moving series! Much love from Oregon!
If you don’t feel comfortable staying with your parents all summer- maybe you could sublet something on LI for the summer or stay in your moms apartment in Pen? I feel like nyc will be shut down all summer long and you won’t want to be stuck in a small apartment for that long. Best of luck Brooke- loving your vlogs :)
Honestly, you never know when things will be “normal” so why wait? I’m moving to Chicago on August 1st and debated if it was the right time because of everything. And you never know if it’ll get worse or better or ever get back to normal. I didn’t want to put my life on hold so I just did it! I found a place I loved and didn’t want to lose it so just took the leap of faith. But that’s just me :) oh plus I saw a ton of nice deals like two months free of rent or no down payments so pretty nice! Good luck with your decision!
I highly recommend looking for a building with a doorman. As a young woman living in the city knowing someone is there to help after a night out is great. I feel like if I think I’m being followed they are there to help . Also some buildings don’t even have front desks but at night a doorman will sit in the lobby, I experienced this in the Upper West Side. Also, I highly recommend the Financial District or Little Italy!! Both great areas
I feel like a studio apartment (for budget reasons) in a building with a doorman will feel a lot more comfortable, but since you work from home a studio can start to effect the feeling of having a separation of work and life. Also, thank you for sharing the application process! It was really interesting and helpful.
hi Brooke! I just wanna say that I love your videos and your optimism lately. as I've read through the comments I have seen a lot of great, constructive criticism about your moving/apartment hunting choices, but I have unfortunately seen some nasty comments too. I just want to say this: yes, it is still very important that you are being SAFE and that your choices reflect what is best for your health first and foremost. however, clearly you can all see and watch in this video that Brooke has said and shown that she is NOT moving rn!!! she is simply apartment hunting and getting ideas of where she COULD move to in the upcoming months. I agree with most people, I don't think you should leave the luxury of your parents home until late summer (like end of August, beginning of September) HOWEVER you also do not need to stay inside of a sheltered box forever, we have seen that you and your family time and time again are being extremely safe (as safe as you can be) and I see no harm in eventually getting your own place in a few months. we cannot hide forever from the outside world. yes, the virus is real, yes it is scary, yes it is important to stay educated and take all of the proper precautions, but we are all digging ourselves a giant hole by hiding inside of our houses forever. both of my parents are essential workers and my stepmom is a firefighter/EMT who has worked directly with COVID patients. this entire time my family and I have been blessed to NOT be affected by COVID (our health I mean) and I believe it is because we DO go to the grocery store with masks, we DO take our dog for walks, we DO stay safe but we do NOT stay afraid. I know this is extremely long and im sorry for the ~UA-cam fingers~ but I just wanted to make a point to you all and to Brooke that staying inside cooped up forever will only do harm to your immune system. Brooke will be just fine once she moves alone again in a few months!! :) love you always Brooke xoxoxo
just finished listening to your solo pod episode and everything you talked about really hit home with me. can't even begin to tell you how much your content helps me
I work at an apartment complex and, as you can imagine, tours are extremely important! People are definitely still touring! It’s interesting to see the breakdown of what other apartments require! Love to see your apartment hunting videos :)
The vibes are definitely off in nyc. But if you feel like you got good deal and love your apartment. I say why not start your move in process gradually but probably best to stay in Long Island for summer because New York is behind on the phases. At least in Long Island can go to beach and eat outside in restaurants already. But this might happen end of month in nyc, & who knows about bars/other social things. But if you have many friends in nyc, still an option to hang together and picnic in park.
A change is always exciting, especially when moving to an awesome new city like NYC, but it shouldn't be rushed. You may like this apartment, but there are plenty out there if this one doesn't work out. It's always nice to have options and look at a couple different things. Also, if you're afraid of missing out on a fun summer in the city, don't be. At this point, the city isn't even "open", and once it does things are going to be very slow. It's not going to be a normal summer where you can be out socializing with friends. There will be more summers when it is safer to do so. They are predicting another wave of this to hit... I would get through the summer in LI and see where things are at in Sept. It would suck to lock into a new apartment just to have this all happen again (where you might want to go back to LI to be with your family).
Hi! I just found you off of this video. I think you're smart to wait to rent. It will be sinking money into a place where not much is going on anyways. ALSO the savings can go into getting a place thats more pricey. I love the East Village and I know a lot of people are saying NYC is so much easier to get around but its SO much bigger and getting to different areas really takes a lot longer. I live in Boston now so I feel you on parts of this but if your friends are in mid east/kips bay/murray hill area I'd stay around there too! I think it's smart to have a narrowed parameter.
Have you tried looking for apts In edgewater or Jersey city? If not try and browse you might find something more spacious and they are both very close to the city.
Hey, coming from a NYC broker and kind of guessing the price of that unit, I think you can definitely find bigger. If you want a doorman & elevator, try 166 2nd Avenue. It’s on streeteasy. Good luck!!!
Yay the content is even more exciting. I LIVE for moving/touring vlogs lol. It's especially cool since I've been following your journey for a while now. I definitely say look at A LOT more buildings. Check lighting direction, noise, crime stats, water pressure, AC, nearby transportation (since I assume you're leaving your car with your parents), and where they leave your packages etc. I say get a place you plan to stay in for a while and won't feel too cramped. (I personally love small spaces so comfort is key). Most especially HAVE FUN! I feel like we all get caught up in the details and craziness and ignore the exciting stuff. New place, new experiences, new journey. Enjoy it as much as possible. Oops I think I started a rant lol ok bye now.
don't worry about what other people will think/judge you for doing girl just do you and make the best decision for your own well being and mental health!
I am also living and moving to another unit in a city here in a month during a pandemic and it just brings on a whole new stress of moving so like I totally get you
I think you made the best decision about not moving July 1. I was wanting to move this summer as well but have decided to push it back too since I don’t wanna move to a brand new city and be alone, would rather just wait it out. But glad you have supportive family & a fun backyard to be in this summer which will be great 💛💛💛
One tip that I would recommend is to look at the property management companies and make sure they don't have bad reviews! We almost signed with a horrible property management company which that will affect you if you ever run into any problems (heating, water, mold, pests, etc)> Def make sure to do your research with that, too :) But yay so excited for whenever you decide to move!
THANK YOU!!
Toured some apartments in DC this weekend and came to the conclusion that self-guided tours should be the norm! I loved being able to be critical and talk thru the decision without having an agent try to convince me of the space!

Love the grocery hauls because it’s more realistic for me to buy and try rather than clothing!! (If that makes sense lol) xoxo
Just to add to the chorus - absolutely recommend taking advantage of living with your parents and being VERY picky about where you live. It’s such a luxury to not have to rush to decide and be able to wait patiently for a place that checks all (or most) of the boxes 😊
Bless your dad saying he would build you a desk!! good man sal
hes the best. im lucky
If this worldwide disaster had not happened I would have been back in Boston by now and you might have met me (I'm organising a youtuber meetup, but it's being very slow just now with the events happening in the world, planning for spring 2021 hopefully 🤞🍀

Love this idea
yes katy bellotte did a vid similar to this style once! love this idea
I love how your mom is always so fucking humble with even the smallest things she’s my all time favorite ❤️❤️❤️
I love how supportive your parents are!! Your dad didn't even hesitate and said he'd build you a desk!
I’m very very lucky!!!!
Completely agree with this, people make it seem like you have to be at the center of what is happening always, but honestly I lived in Astoria and now the UWS and just having so much more space for your money is the best feeling!
thank you for this!!
Just wait a little longer...you’re safe at home 🏡 take the time to really sort through your choices
Thank you for this!!!!! Wow
Picturing you doing move in vlogs is whats getting me through. Love you so much Brooke, so happy you are doing what makes YOU happy!! Stay safe.
I love this!!!!!!! Thank you
It’s so funny your moving to the city because all my friends in the city are trying to move out because of everything happening LOL
Honestly just wish I was BFFs with Brooke IRL and we could go drink cocktails on a rooftop bar in NYC :')
Same same 😅
I am so excited for your NYC vlogs! Big love!
I just love mom !! She was so happy that someone made her a sweatshirt. Stay home with them for a little while longer ! Family is everything❤️❤️
My biggest tip would be to keep an eye on trends in the street easy index so you can see when prices start to pick back up again.
you are going to THRIVE in nyc!!! i can’t wait for the moving vlogs 😍
Keep in mind the issue of how many packages as far as PR you get... without a doorman things could get stolen :/
I’m so excited for you !! East Village is such a great area & neighborhood to live in!! :-)
If your vibe is downtown consider also, Flatiron, Chelsea, Nolita , Lower east side. all of them have a somewhat different social scene. East village is more college vibes but is still pretty close to other places downtown.
I’m literally flying to visit places tomorrow for my move as well! I just passed the Florida bar and I’m relocating , this vlog is perfectly timed !
Congratulations!!!!
Massive congratulations and all the very best in your career and new home👏😊👍from 🇬🇧
Brooke can you please say the price range of these apartments I’m so curious because of budgeting myself if I move to nyc!! Thank you so excited for youuuu
@@sallyhudson7196 thank you!
I hate clothing hauls because I can’t afford new clothes every week versus groceries are essential so I can relate more 😂😂
And there have certainly been a whole lot of clothes hauls going on 🤔🤪
I completely think that if you want to move soon then you should! Anyway stay true to yourself and if you’re being safe then YOU DO YOU GIRLY 🤍
your dad is so precious saying he could build you a desk:')
i live in nyc & in my opinion, i feel like nyc is never going to be the same like it was before the quarantine/lockdown. even after the state reopens, nyc was hit so hard and many people got very scared. my point is don’t wait for nyc to return to normal bc then you’ll never move. i would just keep being updated on the news and move when you feel comfortable.
love the editing. i literally giggled at the beginning clip lol
you are my favorite youtuber!!! keep doing you girl. You got this. Everything will fall into place at the perfect time. sending you love and hugs!!!
That apartment was so cute!! I’m already excited for the vlogs in nyc
I'm glad you're thinking really hard about this move! Always do what's best for you, in the end you'll either be glad that you did it, or a learning experience! I can't wait to see more moving series! Much love from Oregon!
Omg omg omg this is the content I’ve been waiting for!!!! So excited for this upcoming journey for you Brooke! Can’t wait to see you thrive :)
This is SO exciting Brooke!! So happy for you and looking forward to NYC vlogs
I'm so so excited for you and this new chapter of your life!!!
Omg this is even better than looking at houses I could never afford on Zillow
Go for it girl!! Life has to go on, you can't just put it on hold forever
Im moving in 10days from North Carolina to Louisiana, you're not the only one having to move during a pandemic. Good luck to you Brooke!
But if you have many friends in nyc, still an option to hang together and picnic in park.
pro tip an in-unit washer/dryer in nyc is everything 👏🏻👏🏻
When you’re done could you make a video on advice moving to NY? Like best places to look etc. I’m moving there hopefully in January!
YESSSS THIS IS EVERYTHING I NEED TODAY MAMA!!!!! love to see you living your dreams brooke xxx
Brooke!! I live in the east village and I am in love. Don’t look anywhere else!!
Good luck!!!
thank you!!
I love MINDHUNTER, and I agree about the not watching it with your family scenes LOL
OMG THE FIRST APARTMENT IS SOOOOO CUTE I LOVE IT SO MUCH !!!!!!!
I AM SO EXCITED FOR NYC VLOGS!!!!! YES
I know it'll be a while before NYC is normal again but I am soooo excited to watch your videos when you do live there!!! The content will be amazing
I am also living and moving to another unit in a city here in a month during a pandemic and it just brings on a whole new stress of moving so like I totally get you
you look so happy and glowy in this blog
this is soooo exciting. i’m so happy for you and can’t WAIT for NYC vlogs in the future!
Seeing these units make me so excited for you! I can’t wait to see you in your new place whenever you find it💕
I think you made the best decision about not moving July 1. I was wanting to move this summer as well but have decided to push it back too since I don’t wanna move to a brand new city and be alone, would rather just wait it out. But glad you have supportive family & a fun backyard to be in this summer which will be great 💛💛💛
