Please advise your entrance method on apartment units? Are you able to make it keyless or do you have a team member meet the guest?

To sign as a business do you need to have an LLC# first? I have been looking at places in my town for opportunity to do arbitrage . But the 2 that I think would, either, be really amazing location or the landlord would be willing to try this do need work. One needs a fire escape before it can be a rental. This building is a historic building, I'm not sure why this hasn't been done yet? As being new to short term rentals of all kinds and try to get my foot in the door and running into several closed doors on many levels. My partner and I enjoy old buildings, but should this be something that we are even considering? Especially since we haven't hosted at all yet?

Welp I applied and got denied due to lack of established credit (LLC) lost 300$ in fees !sooo this has scared me into even trying again until I’ve built up months if not years of credit smh! All these vids on yt and nobody warns of this
It's situational, we havent had very many instances where someone wants to run business credit, and if its the case you can just find a place or landlord that doesn't care about that.
I am sorry this happened to you. We are currently trying to establish credit for our business due to this possibility. Do you believe that if you had offered to pay the entire lease upfront, they would have approved your business? I was just curious about this because we plan to use this as a negotiation if our business gets rejected due to very little established credit.
