Good idea is to carry around a can of yellow spray paint to make the trees to come down. After all Fall leaves drop again it could be very helpful to have a yellow ring around what needs to be dropped.

Just a suggestion. Buy a hundred foot of fence, put it up, rinse and repeat. In other words, make a start, every journey begins with one step. sooner or later you will have it all fenced. Taking it as a whole is daunting. Doing one section isn't.

They collected a whole pile of guinea eggs they were just going to dispose of because they didn't look "safe to eat". They need to be candled to see if any are growing and viable. Guinea eggs hatch at about 28 days.

Tractor Supply has a couple of very nice nesting boxes on their website. Maybe you or Kyle can build one for your guineas to nest in and lay eggs. I know they like to lay eggs everywhere but there's hot to be a central place where they can all lay eggs where it's safe away from predators.
Those at TS are three boxes together, made from plywood with bedding in each one.
    Just a thought. 🙏🏼❤️

The dark discolored eggs are rotted and can explode. There were just to many eggs there. Usually, any kind of bird including duckslay so many eggs and only hatch a few and abandoned the rest of the eggs. That's why a lot of farmers will remove some of eggs at beginning and incubate them and let the bird have the rest knowing they get a lot from the bird.

From a 73 year old garden freak, you are off to a roaring start. Sooo impressive for a first time green thumber. Your raised beds look good, too. I start a lot of my plants in my greenhouse, but your window sight seems to be doing the trick just fine. A lot of things, like green beans, can be seeded directly outside now. Just have fun with it. If you build roof over your camper, it will stay cooler and after you build your house it will make a good shed or carport.

Is it feasible to build or buy a car port over the camper ? Thought it may help keep it cooler . Maybe.

Kyle and Shannon, put a mark on the three eggs you left in the nest. You'll be able to tell the difference between the old and the new.❤

Maybe the raccoon will take off to a different location if the eggs are gone. He seems too smart to get trapped. I'm most excited for the new fencing area for the goats and the plants going in the tubs 👍

When you live in the country you will have creatures that have to eat and feed their young; the birds need to be put up for the night! Chickens are better in that respect, they want to go to bed and they appreciate a coop!❤️

The stairs may not match the chairs or the shed but they go really well with the little rug at the bottom of the steps . You did a really good job Kyle.
