I have a M3 Corpus which has a Motor error that reads: "PM, M1 Motor Error, 3B00" Initially (some 4-5 weeks ago) the error would show up without giving a clue of any producing activity that I could detect (I am the patient owner having purchased the unit as a used one with only 1 hour of use and manufactured on 30th of January 2023). For a few weeks the error would go away but 3 days ago it is apparently staying without clearing. It immobilizes the the unit so that it will not move. However, the position features all work as they are designed. If you have an idea that would help I would be very grateful. If not, thank you for sharing the video on the brake error.
My mother in laws chair gave the same error code when one of the gears was in "neutral"/push mode. Just in case you want to give that a check before you open it up!
Firstly it does not appear that Chris is answering questions. But thanks for posting this cuz I have a problem with the ICM module not lighting too. The error code was because you had the motors in "free-wheel". That is the code that alerts when the motors are not engaged and you can push the chair around. Turn the unit off and engage the motors and it disappears. On another note, that of which I think you have helped me, if I can get the seat up or legs to extend in order to check that fuse. You see I have the same issue with the ICM not lighting up and the chair not moving. My unit only has 7 miles on it and the batteries were completely discharged and sitting for a couple years. I got them to take a charge but cant get the unit to do anything. It is not "locked" either. I have a "red turtle" that keeps flashing and I can not find anything anywhere about that turtle. Not in the manual or online?? There is a way to manually raise the chair but ya got to remove so much crap on the seat pan.
Thanks Chris, I’m getting the same error (m1) with my puma 40 power chair. I’m so fed up because I’ve only just got the controller back after so many weeks and that cost me £170. I’m hoping it’s something simple like this although I can’t do it myself.
Hello Chris I just looked at your video on the premobil chair all the lights come on and it has all the movement to the seat but it will not move it started to move but then it just stopped is it by any chance it is the fuse? Please let me know thank you Linda Smith

Where do u get the fuse? What kind?
Interesting. Was there any sort of gel around the fuse?
When I replaced the fuse it sparked. Should I unhook the battery? And how?
Is this why it doesn’t let you tilt or recline? I can’t do that with my chair
