Great video. Blackmore is often someone that I forget about as I feel he gets lost in smoke on the water and people (me included) forget about all the other fantastic purple and rainbow songs he did. I look forward to seeing more videos soon keep up the good work
I noticed that people in USA mostly know only smoke on the water. But in Europe and Asia Ritchie easily takes top 3 position or first🤭. Fantastic player, played like no one else.
I've always loved his playing on long live rock n roll with rainbow and even since you've been gone. Child in time was also a favourite of mine growing up with my dads record collection
@CainPaisley I agree you, British know music. Here it's all about fashion and popularity. Like Jimmy Page is worshiped here. I've seen them both in 73 & 74 Blackmore was better live. Zeppelin was huge in America. Deep Purple was huge in 73, then died down over the years. It's sad but true as I see it here. Rolling Stone ranked him 50 in the world. Then they just did another at 75.
