I'm quite glad that my Stingers almost always hit enemy helis, provided I'm within some 30-50 metres - even though those helis do use flares (whereas my own flares are much more successful). It might be an enemy difficulty thing; it's true that it can be changed in the settings. HAWX? Sounds familiar... heard of that and I think I tried the mobile/Java version of that for phones actually, a long time ago but obviously, it was a different - and simplified - game. Take it easy; I also might not be putting these up as often later on as these missions are becoming quite difficult and take more attempts to beat! And another thing, I realised yesterday that these are campaigns with multiple missions, and the way this all is structured in the menu means you keep selecting the same campaign in order to move to the next mission. Sooo I'm basically doing the 1st mission of each of the campaigns the way I'm doing things so far. Oh well, at least it allows to show off the environments and the mission variety in this game. I might put these missions in order in the playlist later on.
Thanks! I was really pleased yesterday when I managed to beat a tough mission I thought I wouldn't be able to finish. The game really put my tactical and maneuvering skills to test!
