I haven't used this technique, but it does make me feel much more reassured that I have found my soulmate. I have thought about what my perfect partner would be like. I have described what their physical features would be like (not an absolute image but silhouetted), personality, morality, values. When we found each other, it felt like home. I remember telling her, I don't understand how or why, but that I just know how I felt. Everything happened, what seemed to me, instantaneously. She was in a relationship. I simply continued to be her best friend (while I questioned the universe "why would you send my perfect mate but not make her available to me?") I questioned, but never doubted.

This approach is nice and simple, and seems completely logic. Though the "remember your deepest experience of love" is easier said than done for anyone who didn't grow up in a loving environment or hasn't had any loving relationships as an adult. In this case, when you really are starting from zero, memory might not be the way forward.

This makes so much sense. Connect to the feeling of love and it is possible to attract the soulmate.
With all this knowledge and personal practice of manifestation, I learn that the most difficult and important step is the 1st one: to set the intention clear. As long as the beginning is clear, the rest is enjoyable, and tests are bearable, because it's easy to switch from the questioning mode into the faith of "oh this application is rejected because the placement is apparently overseas" "oh this person has a red flag tendency, doesn't suit what my personality is" etc. But the beginning is so hard because, e.g. I'm still torn between attracting soulmate versus attracting a set of criteria I set (which might be different from who my soulmate is). Takes a soul-searching process this one.
I know I met my soulmate again I felt it instantly. Oddly enough even our birth charts show it. Ty for this I'm calling him back home
