The Co-op mode isn't unused, really, it's just not been added yet. In fact, as of time of writing, we should be seeing news of it within a few weeks.

Snatcher hat kid is used in the snatcher boss fight when he teases you
jellytrain not exactly, the snatcher hat kid was the snatcher pretending to be her and had an actual hat and cape, the ones in the fight are the minions and are completely made of shadows

It was used in a deleted level in Vanessa’s manor, which also features Moonjumper (cut character)
The co-op button is now used in the Seal the Deal DLC. Instead of timmy, we have Bow Kid.
Ok so, Chapter 4 was originally called "Sand 'n Sails" NOT "Sand 'n Snails" and NG+ as well as Co-op will be launching along with the first DLC world sometime in 2018.

There is a glitching out model of Sandworm in subcon room inside the blue chest when opened. Moon jumper is also outside the subcon room window in 3d form.
Fact 20: That enemy is actually still in the game. A frozen model can be seen in Vanessa's Manor.

Creepersaga95 Actually devs straight up said it wouldn't.
Switch doesn't support unreal 3, so they'd have to completely re-create the game from the ground up to make it work on unreal 4: which is simply too much work for them to handle.

A Hat In Time is perfectly worth playing because it's the best Game and I hope that Gears For Breakfast makes more of this amazing game for future generations also it's a game that even future generations need to play also

I wouldn't be surprised if the swimming & the cut balloon race in the first world, floor three of Vanessa's mansion and the desert world are all restored in the DLC.
I doubt that, Sand 'n Sails (SnS) was turned into Alpine Skyline, a lot of the areas from SnS was carried over to Alpine, Eg: The Lava Cake. Balloon race was cut due to being wayyy too hard and not fun at all, 3rd floor of the mansion was cut due to not being fun and the level being too long in the beta (according to most players).

people dont have their favourite character in game: it will probably be in the next dlc

I just bought this on PS4, I can't afford a Switch😔 and wanted a quality 3D platform game and WOW so far I'm loving it! I'm in Subcon Forest delivering mail on my scooter Lol, Hat kids so cute the games voice acting is well done, it's pretty n charming as heck, I got it for £15.99 n highly recommended it if u enjoyed Mario Sunshine and Psychonauts n Banjo especially.
I heard new game + mode is going to be DLC along side the new levels maybe that old character known as Timmy will be seen in one of the new worlds in the DLC who knows
