This is a great way to bring back an old technique! You can put also use your white watercolor pencil for the black balloons and pop them with Wink of Stella.
Cute card and I like that you get 2 for the work of 1! As for coloring the balloons on the black, you could use colored pencils or Distress Oxide Ink. Thanks for sharing Dawn, I always enjoy your work.
