The thing I love about green storms lyrical covers is you can FEEL the characters are emotion. Like, it feels like M is genuinely utterly PISSED when he comes back up from the lava, he just LOSES it. That scream of "MY PREY!" is so RAW, you can feel he is just a hair from going "screw ALL of this! Screw the songs, everyone DIES!" Good stuff, VERY good stuff

Do you know what's strange, Why do I see Sonic and his team in BF and GF's places? In their Rockstar Popstar and DJ(minus that bean cap) gear while Sonic takes Vocals and Tails Knux and Amy are on instruments(Electric Guitar Drums and Bass) and when M grows Giant in Its a Me Sonic Takes out a Sword In the shape of Excalibur and starts fighting and slashing M to the beat while M does the same with his blade, With Starman Slaughter Tails Knux and Amy are getting nervous while Sonic with movie electric effects is just getting more and more Pumped(and protective) and the final slaughter scream from M sonic goes Super(Don't ask how he has the emeralds)

The improvement is insane! Wasn't expecting the "Imma the superstar!" and the part that Mario grows but they were the peak of the song! And Starman Slaughter was very good too, wasn't expecting John to sing (tho i prefer the trumpet noises), then we have the duet wich was my favorite part; then Horror Peach sounded amazing good job to the va and was nice to have Kenny returning to do Yoshi.exe; and the part that M jumps back is fire... Literally lol
Edit: Also u once said that you wasn't doing it's a me never again... guess we can't live without Mario's Madness lmao but now the third times the charm can be a reference to v3 so it doesnt fell out of place

The genuine glow-up It's-a-me had absolutely astounds me. 4:49 just flows so much better and the raw and VILLAINOUS vocals from the first laugh got me hyped. Then, I was expecting the Let's-a-Go until M hit me with the "I'M-A THE SUPERSTAR" before dropping some of the craziest bars I've heard in my LIFE. Then came the ACTUAL 'Let's-a-GO' which was so fucking metal.
Starman Slaughters remaster was what I was mostly looking forward to, though, because the original was definitely worse than It's-A-Me. The new voice actors killed it, even though I was a little disappointed to here John singing because trumpet and then Mario decided to break it down with him and I forgot about trumpet and instead just headbanged. The Horror Peach part is definitely better but Yoshi's vocals sound a little... weird, like they were recorded a little too close to the mic and it was a bit muffled. Regardless, still baller, and then M came back up.
Holy shit. Forget the Overdue Retake ending, that is passion in a god damn FnF cover if I've ever heard it. It genuinely blows any other segment of any other cover out of the water with the intensity of it it's just phenomenal.
10/10. Can't wait for All-Stars.
