The water looks so relaxing. I live blocks away from Lake Michigan and love to go down to watch boats, people and the water of course. I hope everyone had a great time!
Lola is so beautiful, I loved watching her run & then retrieving the ball. I hope she is soaking up as much sun as possible since winter is coming.
As always, I also loved watching your video. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Hi Lisa, hope you are well, Lola will only go in the water to get her ball, she doesn't like water otherwise, especially the rain! Whippets are strange. I keep hoping I will log on one day and you have posted that you have been to the local shelter and rescued a new dog, I know you can never replace Browser, but have you had any thoughts of getting another, you seem to have lots of love to give. Hope you don't mind me asking.

I honestly don't mind you asking! Brian and I have talked about it a few times but we are not ready yet. I know Browser can't be replaced but his temperament was so kind and loving, you know silly Whippets. It was just so hard to put him down. I know when getting another dog I will need to do it again in another 14 or 15 years and it hurts to much for right now.
Thank you for asking, I consider you one of my few true friends on the Internet. I can't tell you how many times I wished my husband & I could visit you & your husband!

Very nice. She seems so calm for a whippet. I've never owned one myself, but... The few I've seen, if they were taken to a beach, they'd be running around like crazy. :)
