This was amazing from many angles , gruemsome , ugly , having been a user many yrs ago the attraction cannot be de-neighed , as initially its empowering regardless of who you are its the sweetest high, sadly the price for all users is death, fear, corruption, blackmail, torture, and also all the professional high street western businesses worldwide have a peppering of Charlie running through their veins, Which must cause many false events to occur., So unwittingly every man and his dog is paying the price for our little weekend dabble, as we don,t live in the world that should be, just look how crazy life has become over the past 20-30 yrs, Amazing., Would,nt surprise me if Starmer has had a dabble it is everywhere

Apologies in advance for butting in to the comments on this video with a total non sequitur.
Utah 1st District Court Judge, after keeping both parties waiting for over a year and in the first webex hearing held on this case, in a shocking maneuver rules in favor of plaintiffs on a 250 million dollar default judgement, the largest in the states history.
Defendants have filed an Interlocutory appeal to block the Judge from signing the order. No hearing date set on that one.
    Fun facts:
    1. 168+ motions filed with the court at time of ruling
    2. plaintiffs counsel filed no proof of service with the court
    3. plaintiffs counsel provided no certificate of default to defendants counsel
    4. plaintiffs counsel ignored rules of civil procedure when dealing with defendants counsel.
    5. The Judge never held a hearing prior to issuing this ruling about the merits of the case or for evidentiary purposes regarding the amount and, as mentioned, shockingly ruled against defendants
    6. Defendants attempts at discovery were ignored and plaintiffs refused to appear for depositions.
    7. One of the plaintiffs is awaiting sentencing in New Jersey for having pled guilty to 2 counts of felony fraud (credit card identity theft in NJ and PPP loan fraud in UT) but has avoided sentencing for over 2 years with legal antics and is now attempting to withdraw his guilty pleas altogether.
    8. This same individual, while out on presentencing probation, has been accused by the IRS of committing a tax fraud scheme to the tune of nearly 700 million dollars.
    9. Additionally, this same individual is now suing American Express, the victim of the credit card identity theft which he pled guilty to.
I know this is not applicable to the video shown here, but we cannot seem to get anyone in the media to respond to this story.
    Any ideas?

@@puppetmaster706 Granting a motion for default judgement is reserved as a last and final move by the Judge because one of the litigants is not participating in the process and the other side has no other option after exhausting all efforts with the other party to be heard before the judge and/ or jury.
To rule in favor of a motion for default judgement right out of the gate, let alone for 250 million dollars, is unheard of when both parties were actively participating.
IMHO, either the Judge does not know the law or you can guess the other option but he has been on the bench for 10 years already.
Something is amiss here and no one, except for you, has cared to even ask a question.
      Thank you for that.

As someone who has been thru the system first hand I can tell you there are plenty of ways to get things turned into the defenses favor. I had a friend of mine who was hit with 36 counts of armed robbery but was orginally busted for a single bank robbery. The DA wanted to close the books on all 36 counts offered him a deal if he plead guilty to all charges he would get 8 years or fight the case and possibly lose and get 25 to life based on the three strike law. To be fair they were tying all robberies together based on his physical size and the person in video using the same bag in each robbery. So just saying sometimes even justice takes a short cut just for paper work sake

I reside by Kensington & i have witnessed an epic reduction of narcos coming from cartels & Mexican pipelines. Choice street narcotics have been replaced by a much more nefarious supplier. Now offering a much more potent & vile product at a cheaper price & longer shelf life (this was the outcome of og covid, after all shipping was shut down internationally) Billions of dollars worth of narcos went bad, just sitting on shipping docks waiting for ports, beaches, trucking, borders & airports to reopen. So now its all synthetic. No more organic ingredients, no more crops. No more shelf life (Allegedly ) But its a whole different monster * ppl that get fully addicted may have a year or 2 tops before it kills them. Where with heroin it seems now, like it provided avg ppl with a much bigger window of time, time desperately needed for addicts to get sober, before they met their final demise by overdosing.

It's slightly amazing that when Cartel leaders flee Mexico they don't head straight for a country w no extradition laws. Perhaps it's different w Mexico.

There is one thing that the Italian Mafia had, they had respect for the family.
The cartel doesn't care who they kill. Sad.

This reminds me of when I had to go under anesthesia to repair my broken ankle. I knew I could potentially die because i was a heavy user/ addict of fentynal. But i never heard of anyone dy8ng for that reason but never researched it either prior to the operation. I had used fake urine to pass my drug tests so the doctors wouldn't know. I knew they would refuse my operation . I was a little worried then but surprisingly not that m7ch. I dont remember even praying beforehand which is really stupid. After seeing he died from the same thing it makes me wonder how it didnt kill me. Thank God it didnt. I feel very lucky to be alive right this minute

This is all total B.S. Mexico is nothing like this!!! Conservatively 30 million American nationals live in Mexico with little or no problems. I live in Juarez myself, and the real life there is nothing like what they portray here.
None of the smuggling could take place at the level it does without the active participation of the government agents on both sides. The cartels just aren't that smart, the real players, the DEA , police\judges on both sides, BP agents, cia, fbi, local, state and federal law makers, that's the REAL cartel
