Amy please stop explaining and apologizing for what you feed your family. Your children are so blessed to have a mother who fills her freezer and refrigerator with meals. Many of those women criticizing you are feeding their family McDonalds and Little Caesars yet want to act all superior! You are doing a fantastic job taking care of your family!
I don't think you should have to defend your freezing of food. My question is: why watch the videos and then complain? Move on, lol. I am 1 person with 2 college/working "adult" children. I like to have food on hand for when they are here or are just so exhausted a nice care package makes their week. The problem is, I cannot use food fast enough to not waste. A lot. I watch you and a couple of other large family channels and just package smaller portions for our smaller family. Less mess, wasted food, wasted money, etc. and I love having a nice supply for my kids to enjoy. I can box up a nice supply of home cooked, healthy food for them in minutes. It is always appreciated when they are tired and need a little cheering up. Keep cooking and freezing Mama!!
One sad thing about social media seems to be that people have become very comfortable passing judgment on others. If it's not hurting anyone else and it works for you, why find fault?
I was just about to say the same thing. Amy does a fantastic job of prepping meals for her family. I love to do the same and can't imagine being criticized for it.
Totally agree! Why watch knowing what it is going to be, I mean the title says what she is doing. Some just live to complain. We are a smaller family too, just four of us but freezer cooking still happens around here because we are busy, and sometimes I don't feel like cooking but don't want to go out to eat so a freezer meal will always make life easier and the food will be much better.
I'm first yes I am , good morning ladies good morning Amy , my favorite inspirational lady !!!! God bless everyone , hope you all have a blessed weekend . Looking forward to abundantly blessed tomorrow morning !!! Amy you are the most kind and thoughtful godly women I know .
My dad passed away 23 years ago when you described that soup with "leftovers" reminded me of him he use to make what we called "refrigerator soup" my daughter laughs when she tell her children about "Grandpa's refrigerator soup"

I make ham and cheese keissers, that freeze great and easy to pop into the oven frozen they get all melty and yummy. I also make taco soup, corn chowder and Salisbury patties with a mushroom sauce all are put into medium sized deli containers to freeze. Meatballs are great to make a head and freeze as well... Thank you for more ideas! Love the Philly cheese steak idea will try that my next blue sky day!
awesome I loved seeing the girls helping. I always wanted a large family, but the Lord had other plans, but Ive spent my life taking care of my nieces and nephews, and now Im praying about adopton. My brothers kids are here daily and the oldest 2 boys have requested I adopt only boys their age so they have playmates lol
I hope that you are successful in your adoption endeavour. We have no children either but due to illness decided not to adopt as I doubt I would cope. Good luck.
@@corran2000 my health is my biggest concern when it comes to adoption. I know when I have my 15 month old niece all day I'm totally wiped out when she leaves. So I'm thinking if it's the Lords will, I would adopt older children. But it a baby was placed in my heart I would not say no. I would just learn a new routine and make it work, I know in my heart I could never turn a child away.

You have lovely girls, it's fun cooking with the kids. My kiddo is pushing 18 and we still have fun in the kitchen. I subscribed and look forward to your videos
Just loved this one. Lots of ideas again. Like that the girls help you. Love that collar on your top. Looks so nice on you. Sun on your neck I could almost feel it. I've recently started watching your channel (Thanks to Christine aka Frugal Fit Mom) and I want to thank you for some amazing delicious recipes. I don't get all the ingredients as I live in remote Australia but I've improvised and thank you so much. I've started doing more meal prep for myself and husband and my freezer and fridge have never been so full and all so tasty!
I use bullion too Amy and feed ya lunch meat for sandwiches 🤷🏻♀️. Its still way better then fast food everyday atleast where trying to feed our families more homemade food. Plus home-made food we know what's in it and it tastes so much better. Have a blessed weekend.
As a single man i thoroughly enjoy these videos! I cook for me and my boyfriend and while its just us, i still spent my tuesday filling up my freezer with meals for the next few months. I used smaller foil pans (9x9 for my casserole style dishes and some mini foil loaf tins for more individual meals) it is such a nice feeling knowing i have an abundance of meals to choose from.. for when i dont have time to cook or when im just being lazy. I love your videos on freezer meals and hope you keep doing them. I really get some great ideas and recipes. My faves so far are janitas rice and the jambalaya.. so much flavor!! I do love your meal prep videos....but just a wee safety tip.....Place a damp cloth under your chopping board will keep it from moving around when you’re chopping.....

They go so well with soups and salads. Just keep being you and you will always be happy 😃 thank you for sharing your food ideas and your family. God bless 🙏✨✨🙏
Some great ideas for lunches. Sooo like your freezer meal times. It was wonderful to see Brooklyn working in the kitchen. She is very neat with all she does!
Amen. And it’s so lovely that she’s willing to help :). Poor thing is struggling chasing that cutting board around! A kitchen towel wet and wrung out and put down under the board will help so much. I watch your videos all the time, thank you for making freezer meals not yucky!
My Mom always wrote, “Do Not Eat” on food that was for something specific. Nice job having your daughter help. One tip I have is to place an older towel or something under those plastic cutting boards so they don’t slide around.
Thank you so much for this video. I felt overwhelmed by meal prep until I sea how joyfully you handle feeding your larger family. If you put one of those silicone jar opener pads under the cutting board, it helps the cutting board stay in place.

When we buy bread I freeze a couple of loaves and when we need it I pull it out of the freezer the night before to let it thaw in the refrigerator and in the morning I set it out and its just as fresh as the day it was bought. :)

I'm sorry that people feel the need to give you grief about using bullion or lunch meats. They do taste delicious! Thanks for sharing your family, and your great ideas! Also, I make my own stock/bone broth in my pressure cooker. I just use up all my scraps. I put the root ends and tops of celery, carrot peels, root ends and peels of onion, stems of broccoli, (really any trimmings of veggies) and bones from anything. Chicken wings, steak bones, rib bones etc. Put it in my pressure cooker, fill with water, and cook for 90 minutes. It is a nutritious, and free way to make stock or broth and use up any "waste". Hello. Just wanted to say I love to watch your channel. I live in the UK and I am a chef. Just s little suggestion. When chopping, put a slightly damp kitchen towel underneath your chopping board. It should stop it moving whilst you are chopping.
We found that pepperoni in Walmart and I bought some with some pizza sauce and cheese. My husband makes little pizza's with it and loves them. Thanks for the recipe. (I can't have it because of the salt, but he loves it.)
Love ❤️ getting ideas from you. Recently I found cans of Starkist tuna for $0.27 !! So I stocked up and I'm hoping to be able to freeze that with tuna roll ups, tuna pasta salad and tuna patties ( like salmon patties).
I love to have fresh lunches. It’s just myself and my husband here. I love rolled up deli turkey , cheese, olives, pickles on a plate. I also love leftover lasagna or spaghetti 🍝 Those are my favorite lunchtime meals.
Love all your videos--thanks for sharing your wisdom, how-tos and day to day life with us! I have big plans to do "shelf-cooking" for November to use things up, and then do freezer cooking for December. I want to free up some time for making things for Christmas. We'll see how all this pans out. lol Have a wonderful weekend!!
You mentioned picky eaters. I used for tomato base soups, v-8 juice. Store brand of course. They have no idea the vegatables in the soups. Love ya ideas.
Could you please post your list of meals for breakfast lunch and dinner like the one you have on that clipboard.?? I would live to do this but I need a list 😩
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t like frozen bread to be used as fresh bread. So many UA-camers say freeze your bread. It tastes the same. No it doesn’t!
I was watching you while I am making ham sandwiches to put in the freezer. I just got back from Walmart and I was able to get a giant bag of the little hoggy buns. I ended up buying a ham at $1.90 a pound and chicken breast for $1.55 a pound to make sandwiches out of because lunch meat is so expensive. I am glad you enjoyed your kids instead of doing a lot of talking.

Love ❤️ getting ideas from you. Recently I found cans of Starkist tuna for $0.27 !! So I stocked up and I'm hoping to be able to freeze that with tuna roll ups, tuna pasta salad and tuna patties ( like salmon patties).
Great ideas
I love to have fresh lunches. It’s just myself and my husband here. I love rolled up deli turkey , cheese, olives, pickles on a plate. I also love leftover lasagna or spaghetti 🍝 Those are my favorite lunchtime meals.
Love all your videos--thanks for sharing your wisdom, how-tos and day to day life with us! I have big plans to do "shelf-cooking" for November to use things up, and then do freezer cooking for December. I want to free up some time for making things for Christmas. We'll see how all this pans out. lol Have a wonderful weekend!!
You as well
It’s been so nice seeing Brooklyn more in the vlogs! 🥰 Those pizza wraps!! Great idea! My son would love those!
She is getting older and they don't mind being on film as much 😉
So excited for this. Love your videos. Bless you and your family
Wow it’s really fall - here in Oz it’s very much Spring but we have a cold snap! Much cooler today Brrr 🌨
Stay warm ❤️
Brooklyn's knife skills is great! Better than mine lol. Sis you did it again another great video. Thanks so much for sharing.
Your nails look pretty. Brooklyn is going to be great in the kitchen. She does so well.
Have you ever had cheeseburger sliders? Made with ground beef. Those would be easy to freeze.
Yes I have delicious
Now its friday 🥰 always start the weekend with a friday video from you. Bless you and have a great weekend 💖
Those lunches are some really great ideas but I can’t wait for Saturday Bible verses
Amy I don’t comment every time but I’m always here. Thank you for your inspiration ❤️❤️
I appreciate you being here..no need to comment always. Life gets busy ..mine too.. I appreciate you sharing ❤️
Good morning! Loved this video! Have a wonderful weekend!!
And the chicken Orzo soup!!
Rewatched and got it!!!
Hello Amy! You always cook good things 👌 and the girls grow up so fast 🤗
Yes they do
Thank you for sharing and giving me a lot of ideas bless you and your family
I love those rolls perfect size for sandwich. I also freeze them and take two at a time
Love the nails ladies! 💅
hey, love your programs
Thank you
Please when you are using a chopping borad put a wet tea towel under the borad so the chopping borad doesn't move. It's much safer.
Thank you
I think you use some processed food, but they’re healthier than storebought pizzas etc. You still get the nutrition!
Absolutely
Did you forget the cheese in the Ham and Cheese Puff Pastries? Not sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me lol
Same... just make a cheese sauce and dip them when ready to eat
But I also need to say good job Brooklyn and know that in cooking those mishaps happen and sometimes even end up making a new better recipe!
Ya! I think she did😲
We did! But i made it today and it tasted wonderful without it :)
We did lol..I was gonna go back and add but it was so perfect i decided not to
