Many Palestinians do not want to leave their lands. Israel had been kicking them out of their land, steal the land and give it to illegal israeli settlers. Why would they leave their land? @@phenixphoenix1467 Hamas tried to make as many civilian casualties as possible, in Israel (to kill Jews) and in Gaza (to create sympathy and end Israeli air strikes). Israel has repeatedly tried to get civilians out of the war zone. (Hamas want them to stay, because they are more useful dead.) Furthermore, since Hamas operates out of civilian areas and with civilians as human shields, any civilian deaths is the responsibility of Hamas.
The IDF only bombards houses where there are terrorists and Hamas activities and in addition they also make sure to ask the residents to evacuate the houses because it is known that Hamas uses Palestinian people as human shields, unfortunately not everyone obeys the IDF's instructions
