Get the vacuum.
And if you don't want to mess the inside of the vacuum you can use a sock to prevent the tiny mass of moving hair from going too far into the vacuum.
Be sure to keep your place clean if these critters can find more hair to add to their mass they will try to eat you once they are evolved enough.
