Ive been listening to all of the great Gospel players for the past 75 yrs and I'm also a retired keyboardist. Joe Pryor is among the best Ive ever heard (included among greats like Andre Crouch, Kevin Bond, Cory Henry, Edwin Hawkins, Danny Hawkins, Jason White, Mike Bereal, Alfred White, Rodney East, Thomas Whitfield, Billy Preston, Donny Hathaway etc)
@@AO.1328... not better but at his young age, is coming on strong! I first met and heard Andre Crouch when i was 24 yrs old and he was a year younger at 23 yrs old. Even though I had been playing longer than him, he was 2x as good as me! Joe reminds me of a young Andre Crouch who never took any lessons, didn't read, and didnt start playing until he was 12 yrs old.
I won't disagree at all because I'm a HUGE Joe Pryor fan. The one thing I will say is that the other names mentioned were/are big producers and writers who have created or have helped create Gospel anthems or staple songs still sung today.
Not me thinking this was finna be Hosanna by Kirk Franklin 😂

Damn same here. lol
Right! I was waiting for Joe to glide on that intro 😂
