its been a while since i have seen a sonic game which looks fun to do speedruns, and i like the mechanics it implements in each level very creative, i think the only thing id wish more for coming sonic games is an upgrade on difficult and challenge, like either harder enemies or less rings, harder plataforming something like that (W speedrun)
This run looks even better! I saw serious improvement at the ruins segment and especially that dreaded ending segment. I do wonder if there is a way to cut through the loop at ( 0:49 ), I don’t have the game still nor do I know if it would be faster. I could be completely wrong but every run of yours I’ve seen makes me want to get this game more and more.
Thanks! Also There is I just really need to practice that loop skip specifically. For now I'm just running other stages like Kingdom Valley and Sunset Heights
At the last morph swing I keep landing behind the dash pads Why is that? Oh forgot to say you are a goddam sweat everyone is speed running this act now
Before you did the doom blast, didn't you waste a bunch of time thay could be saved by not activating chaos control earlier? Since doing doom blast cancels your chaos control
It can be really hard to hit that enemy without doing the doom blast, since getting close to that enemy in that section almost always causes it to create those projections
@TheRealMoeru yea I know but couldn't you have stared the chaos control a bit earlier, and still catch up to the enemy in time to doom blast him? And saved some time that way, like starting to use it in the cave instead of just before using doom morph idk
@richardp5893 i used to do that with old runs but the chaos control barely runs out right when I get to the enemy. Plus slower chaos control strays may seem slower but save much more time in thd long run. Also I lose out on my last chaos control near the end of the level which is crucial if I activate it earlier in the cave
Used to be my old route but it doesn't save time in the long run because I don't get chaos control nearly as early as I do here and it ends up saving time for the next chaos control I get after

I'd fuck heavy with that.
This deadass looks better than base Generations I can't lie. I love the design of these stages.

now that i look at it, this was a missed opportunity to use chaos spears/doom spears as platforms once you stop time
What a great run !
I just feel bad at the game now with my 2 : 33 on this level x)
Isnt killing enemies time loss when in chaos control?
No, it still charges your chaos control meter
@@traktor420 ah I see now
@@runneypo it is only if you look at the real time timer
What a great run
Great! I wanna try this now!

That specific enemy teleports so the chaos control was justified
nah that enemy teleports and splits into 3 so you have to use chaos control there to use doom blast on it before it happens

I feel to save time you could of boosted over the enemies and onto the hook at the end

@ Ah fair enough, in that case this is faster!
