Man, you should do a stream of the PC game Populous. I played a ton of that on PC way back in the day, it was such a creative and unique God game / world building thing.
When we got our Genesis I wanted Streets of Rage 2 but my mom thought it sounded too violent and that Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle looked fun for kids. I hate that game and it also cheats hard and at the time controlling the car-helicopter thing near the end seemed impossible.
I got SF6 and played the World Tour/story mode, cause of the hype. It was like a 2K Sports story mode. I should've made Jake from State Farm my character. I was really surprised at how half-baked it was. Then again, fighting game.
I imagine most people would be surprised to hear that Street Fighter 6 was confirmed to have the equivalent of 3 development teams working on it. Capcom tried as hard as it possibly could in most aspects, including World Tour. It turning out how it did was probably because the ideas behind it were flawed from the start, but at least it's a different kind of fighting game story mode than what we've had for the past decade.
@@RougeMephilesClone I applaud the effort, and I'm not here to trash Capcom or Street Fighter. I dropped out of the series when 5 hit. I was really just surprised at people calling World Tour a Yakuza-like. It's dumb in the right way, but it needs a lot of work imo.
