Volunteering is such a humbling and rewarding service. Giving money shows the kind of support many of these businesses need. I do hope the togetherness continues long after the shock of this whole experience dies down.
This video is well needed especially in these times we are living in. I volunteered in high school but I need to actively give back and bless others. Thank you for this video.
I personally donate clothes and house items to the salvation army all the time. I also have volunteer on several occasions and have now gotten both my older children into volunteering at our local library in the summer time. This video was filled with great tips 👌👑
I've been wanting to give blood for a long time and the needles thing is a little problem. But the big problem is I can never find the right stuff I need to be qualified!
You can eat a lot of iron rich foods like spinach, pumpkin seeds, red meat (if your not vegetarian), legumes, Quinoa etc. I’ve had one instance where my blood count was too low lol (maybe I was donating too frequently) but once I’m stock up on my iron I’m good to go). Thanks so much for watching.
It's really beautiful that you're willing to donate your blood. If I may share, it's not very healthy to donate blood often. Contrary to what the medical personnel will tell you on the blood donation sites. It requires. A LOT of nutrients and energy to make blood. If you dont consume an immaculate diet (which nobody does) and are especially a mother, living in a toxic world, you're already deficient in very important vitamins, minerals, and omega fatty acids. If one continues to give blood often, what will end up happening over time which is not shared, is that your body will go into its reserves to make new blood because its a priority for your survival. Your reserves are your bones, hair, skin, muscle, fat, etc. This is not good for obvious reasons but the body won't have enough to combat toxicity well enough or stress which will create imbalances with our hormones. It's not wise to stress the body at this level ( blood) because other health challenges may arise down the line. The blood bank folks are in a business so let's not forget that either. Blood donations saves lives but it's also a business. We are not meant to give up that much blood at a time or often. God bless you and thanks for sharing! 🙏❤😊
Thank you so much for sharing your insight on blood donation. I can definitely see how donating too much blood can have adverse effects on the body. Hopefully we can all find a balance or find other ways to give back to our communities.
Great tips! I would love to volunteer ❤️❤️❤️ Donating is my favorite... 🙌🏾🙌🏾I donate all the time.
