My question is: Why would I need the electric motor if there is already those big balloon wheels? The video depicts a comparison to a cheap $75 cart and not a comparison of this cart versus another one with balloon wheels like the Ultimate Beach Cart XL ($500) that offers more utility without the high cost of an electric battery. In addition, the Ultimate Beach Cart XL has umbrella holders. Honestly, this is a nice cart but it's waaaaaay too expensive unless you want to blow $3,000 to $4,500 on something used sparingly.
I agree...I guess it is for super long walks and a lot of stuff and money to burn? I mean people do spend $250,000 for Bentley and Rolls Royce Convertibles...I see them down here in Boca regularly...but my little 2014 Honda Civic works very well for me...
first you need to buy a cheap $4k pickup truck to haul that $4k wagon to then haul $100 worth of junk to the beach and hope you don`t puncture those balloon thin tires or you will be pulling a wagon with flat tires back home ...sound like a adventure day if anything breaks down ?
Try lugging a wagon fully loaded with everything you need for a fun day at the beach for the family through those deep sand dunes without a motor, just man power and without those balloon tire forget it, just go home.
This seems real cool. However in the first 40 seconds the same pressure was not applied to their tire in the small sand box. Yes their tire is more buoyant on sand, however with a trench carved along side of it, their tire should of sunk further in. The down side to this tire would have to be the wear characteristics are less superior to those of an equal sized rubber tire. The test conducted on the beach are actually not accurate if the aluminum was actually weight down with an actual cooler the wagon would of actually struggled to clim the small hill, their is a reason as to why sand rails don't use a smooth tire.
@@karena.buckley1190 It would be easier and more fun if you made a custom wagon yourself out of PVC tubing. PVC tubing is very easy to work with, can be found everywhere, and is inexpensive to purchase. Plus, you can make it any size or shape that you want. Just Google PVC Wagon Plans. I think that you would enjoy doing this.
@@mochatech121 Hey thanks! I am familiar a little with PVC having done a lot of small sprinkler line repairs here on my property years ago...I also do a lot of crafts and diy stuff...so yes I will look up building wagons from PVC.. Thanks for the idea!... I have taken the walker to the beach and hung a chair and towels and a beach bag on it...but after seeing these videos I think I can make a low cart that I can pull that will be easier to maneuver as I no longer need the walker after 3 successful joint replacement surgeries! I am walking on my own again now!!!
Is that a prototype shown at the end or a copy? I love the idea though! One could make one oneself but with the time and money costs involved I suspect one would be better off buying a proven product like this. Is there a EU distributor?
You know, Otto really likes those tires. In fact, he loves those tires. People have been asking for years, "Why is Otto always standing over there by that bucket of sand? And, what's up with that tire he always has in his hand?". And for years, we didn't have an answer. We would just try to reassure them that he was harmless, and that he hadn't bit anybody yet. But the truth was, we didn't really know why Otto started coming in here with a bucket of sand, and a tire. I mean, Otto doesn't even work here! He just started coming in one day, carrying a tire and a bucket of sand! I mean, obviously we had questions, but he would only mumble some stuff about a prophecy or something, and that one day a wizard would bring in a magical cart or something. That's all he would say. Then he'd just stand over there, and stare into that bucket of sand until we closed for the night. Then he would gather up his things and he would just leave. He wouldn't say anything to anyone, he would just put his head down and he would leave.
I thinks it’s awesome, but really you would have to live on the beach for this to be a good buy. It’s too big. Think moms with kids in a suburban. We couldn’t get it in the suburban alone, we couldn’t get it out alone. Not without some kind of minor shin or leg injury. I want this so bad I went searching for something like it. I just hate that it’s too big for me to take everywhere. It’s a brilliant idea.
We're huge fans of the Sandhopper! Joe builds a great product. To the people who are shocked by the price, check out this video: ua-cam.com/video/zJEjvFasO24/v-deo.html. Electric-powered wagons aren't cheap nor do they make sense for everyone. The target demo is young families, beach homeowners, and grandparents. When these wagons are maintained properly, they'll last for generations to come. Check out our electric-powered rechargeable wagon at www.eBeachWagon.com.
LMAO!!!!!!!!!!! Only reason either is so expensive is because everyone today thinks they need to make their millions overnight...plus there is a good many morons out there that just throw $ away. If they were sold a lot cheaper, they would sell a ton more and thus make more profit...but hey,...greed and idiocy
4 thousand dollars ! ! ! ? !
O hell no.
Great. Now I just need a separate pick up truck to take the cart to the beach.
exactly.......sigh.....
Light of the Earth and $4000......
Jajajaja
This is very true!
Price point is crazy!!!
I never took a wagon to the beach just a beach towel & that's it.

Maybe you’ve never had to drag 100lbs of beach gear through 200 yards of sand to get to the water, big wheels or not.

Aloominum?....
Put an electric motor on your own waggon.
I have a Jeep and need a better solution - that’s way too big
Turn off the background music I'm trying to here you
Video production quality reminds me of a 70s adult movie
For the price on this wagon... It would make more sense to buy a fat tire Mobility Scooter and add a hitch on the back and pull a $75 wagon 😂
4000 dollars? It better have air conditioning and a bar
Awesome design but you priced most of us right out of it. I guess I’ll build my own.

Battery underneath. Right where the salty sand and water will hit it. GENIUS idea!
$4k to carry $100 worth of junk and I still need to walk with it ? no thanks ! cheaper to just adapt a electric motor to my wagon!
that thing is bigger than my car, also more expensive. Lmfao
This would fit in my trunk with my luggage. Not practicable
another 300 or so dollars to the price and you could have added a wireless remote control......
That wheel demo @:45 I call bull shit
All the stuff in the wagon with the big huge wheels does not seem heavy at all.
can take order 100 pice
4K. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Can my current pull beach wagon be converted to an electric beach?
Now all you need is a pickup truck and a ramp. Not practical
Make your own for just a tiny fraction of the cost by using wood and surplus parts from the web or scrapyard.
I'm partial to dumpster diving, myself. Lol But seriously, I am.
I have a walker with 2 Wheeleez that I paid $300 for...and am trying to figure out how I can customize it into a wagon I can pull!

You can buy a motorized little 4x4 cheaper then this.
4:23 drinking corona lol
03:26 for $2700 wow crazy ripe-off
Just buy an old jeep wrangler......case solved!
Wonder how it handles salt water.
The prices are ridiculously obscene.
Put a seat in it. Better be able to drive for that price
Can it do stairs?

too expensive... I will carry mine to the beach.
Expensive. Can you make it collapsible?
I don't think it would last on a beach given the salt water
Price of a car.
Do the wheels turn?
I love it 😊😍👍
i have a sacco cart: i want to adapt with a electric motor to help my dog pull, any ideas?
To help ur dog pull? Why don’t u pull it urself?
Pretty crude video for a several thousand dollar product.
While I agree with you, this seems to be at some sort of convention which explains why they can’t control the set or the background noise.
