That's weird supposedly when you get all of those arts your clothes also change as you progress through the story, how come your characters clothes didn't changed?
hey some questions, for what are those 9 points next to the character picture? how can I avoid attacks from the enemy? are there also some combos? :) for what are those circles while battle? one is orange the other yellow and so on? and where do I see the life of my opponent?
4 years later but, Romance Dawn is the name of the first Arc in One Piece and also the original name of the series (that's where the OVA was based off)
psp, but the english patch version of it have a lot of bugs (black screens, etc), i recomend playing the 3ds version with citra emu, the 3ds version is completelly translated in english and till this time i have not found one bug
i dont see wat people lik in this, the grafics needs work and the moves r poorly executed iv seen better on gamecube. those one piece games were the shit. i dont know why i gave it up

They are Action Points. They determine how many attacks you can do or what actions you can do. You get 4 points after each turn
