I think her answer, "communicative, but discreetly so" speaks volumes. Some consider her "boring" (horrors), but if you are blessed with the ability to appreciate her "discretions", there are few sopranos like her. If I had to pick one favorite soprano, it would have to be her - I am immediately taken to another level of consciousness when I hear her sing.
