Multiracial Organizing: Organizing Across Identity Differences

DSA is committed to organizing the multiracial working class and ensuring that our organization is a political home not just to people from different racialized communities, but for people across other identities including gender and sexuality. But what does that mean and how do we accomplish these external and internal priorities? In this plenary session, we'll hear from members who are organizing across identity differences in order to build DSA into an organization that is not only reflective of the multiracial working class but that advances a socialist agenda that is responsive to the structural inequalities and violence that oppressed groups experience.
