Hi Dipika... Here I am sharing u Bangalore style Mutton Biryani Recipe. For 1 kg Mutton 1 Kg India Gate Classic Basmathi Rice. Ingredients: 1. 1 n half glass of oil 2. 4 Big size of onion 3. Whole garam masala 4. 4 elachi,2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cloves, Shah zeera 1tsp. 5. Ginger n Garlic paste 6. 1 n half tbsp 7. 4 Tomatoes 8. 1 lemon juice 9. 1 tbsp curds 10. Handful of fresh coriander 11. Handful of fresh mint leaves 12. 6 whole green chillies 13. Red chilly power 2 tsp 14. Dhaniya power 2 tsp 15. Haldi power 1/4 tsp 16. Garam masala power 1tsp 17. Salt to taste Method: 1.Heat oil n add whole garam masala n sliced onions. 2. Once the onions are fried .. Add G n G paste 3. Next add mutton 4. Add all the dry powders. 5 . Close the lid in low flame n cook until the oil is released from the mutton masala. 6. Once the oil is released... Strain the oil n keep it a side. 7. Now add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, lemon juice ,curds, coriander leaves n mint leaves 8. Mix well n cook in low flame until the mutton is tender 9. Mean while cook the rice ... Add salt... If u want can add some whole spices. 10. Once the rice is done .. Make the layer 11. Finally pour the mutton masala oil on the top layer of the rice 12. Add some lemon yellow food color 13. As salamu alaikum di I'm sharing my style of mutton biryani For 1/2 kg 1/2 kg mutton 1/2 kg seeraga samba rice or old thulasi rice (either taste good but that thulasi is more ) I'm always pouring equal proportions of ghee and oil After oil is heat then add whole species 3 medium sized onion 1 .5 tomato (medium ) 4 green chillies 2.5 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste Equal proportions of coriander n mint This time mutton add the mutton and mixed it very well after this adding masala Turmeric powder -¼ teaspoon. Kasmiri red chill n normal red chilli - totally 2 tablespoon (mixed) Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon Cumin powder - ½ tablespoon Pepper powder- 1/2 tablespoon Garam masala - 1.5 tablespoon Mix it very well Then add curd n lemon Add 1 cup of water n pressure cook the mutton For seeraga samba rice or thulasi rice ( 1 cup of rice we should add 2 cups of water ) Add salt n check it After pressure cook it . Then add the remaining water n dum it. ... Trust me it will yummy n I try it n my family always love it ❤❤❤❤ Plz dont add color powder plz my measurement is perfect for the color . Mutton must be marinated always Shahi zeera,cloves, cardamon, milk,green chillies,little bit of oil, dhaniya and pudina and salt must be added to water and get nice boil then add rice to it. First rice must be on 1 kani.i.e it should break in one side Second layer 2 kani Top layer 3 kani Add butter piece on top while u put on dum.

Measurements of the ingredients are up to you according to the spice tolerance Boil mutton in pressure cooker with onions, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and a bit of Khade masale, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and oil. (1-2 whistles) After the mutton is boiled, take a vessel and add the strained oil from the cooker to the vessel and let it heat completely. Hasan bahut slow growth hai. Crawling 8/9 months mein hota hai. Abhi bhi thik se crawl nahi karta. Abhi just shura kiya hai. Par Khushi ki baat yeh hai ki shura kiya hai. NICU ka baccha hai. Thoda slow hota hai. But bahut sweet hai. Thik ho jayega.

For mutton biryani 1.5kg mutton 1kg rice 1kg onion 1kgpotato and tomatoes round cut almost half inch in size. Firstly marinate mutton with curd, ginger garlic paste,greenchilli paste, salt, turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder,black pepper and little nutmeg powder few strands of saffron and little kewra water and garam masala powder. Boil the water put salt, bay leaf, elaichi powder,little bit lemon drops, badi elaichi and cinnamon sticks the put the rice in the water and let them cook 70% Strain them put aside Now layering put oil. Let the oil be extreme hot then put all the khada garam masala and switch off the flame and let them crackle now put the marinated mutton then put potatoes and tamato over it then put 30% of boiled rice then cover the layer of boiled rice with onion barista (fried onions) then put the remaining rice over it and then coriander leaves,mint leaves, lemon slices and some food colour and cover the vessel and let them cook on fast flame 20 minutes and 30 minutes for low flame and it's done. ❤

You have to brown the onions in the beginning. Adrak lehsan daal k. Add mutton in it , then add coriander powder on it. Mix it well. Masala will stick to mutton. Then the mandatory things to add in mutton biryani is, tomatoes , yogurt in a good quantity (your yoghurt was v less) and biryani masala. Then cook it. And dum laga den. In layers add yellow food color, dhaniya, podina leaves, you can add fried onion too in layering. Dry plum you can also add. Slices of lemon. Nd dum laga den. Yummiest ever mutton biryani ready 😘😘😘

Hyderabadi Kachi Yakhini Mutton Biryani Ingredients First marination Firstly take heavy bottom flat base non stick kadhai or utensil Add Mutton Pieces add ginger garlic paste green chilli paste salt 🧂 turmeric powder red Chilli powder finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves kache papita ka paste mix all well keep it a side for 1 or half and hour 2 marination Add crispy fried onions, curd, fried onion oil garam masala and lemon juice. mix all well. Keep it a side Wash the basmati rice and soak it for about 20 minutes Heat a pan add water for boiling into water add cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom, shahzeera, green chillies, corainder leaves Mint leaves, salt and oil. Bring it to boil. Add the soak rice into boiling water. Stir and cook the rice until 75% cook. Switch off the flame Strain the rice with the help of a strainer. Place the rice a aside. Giving of dum. Now, over the chicken add the complete rice and spread it evenly. Add the chopped coriander and mint leaves. Pour the saffron infused milk all over the rice. fried onions all over, spread the onions evenly. Add ghee all over the rice. Cover the lid of the handi. Dum on high flame for 15 minutes. Dum on low flame for 10 more minutes. Switch off the flame. Take the biryani out from the bottom to the top. Serve it hot on a plate.

Dipika ap green chillies ziyada add krtin pakaty waqt, biryani dum pe dety waqt woh itna flavour nahin detin .is ky ilawah ap thori se koti hui (crushed red chillie)bhi add krtin woh bhi chatpati krti ap ki biryani qk ap white biryani bana rahi hin tu pisi lal mirch add krny se is ka color change hojaye ga isliye crushed red chillie and green chillies is ky color ko change nahi karain gin.
For 1 kg biryani Plz use golden sella rice in kanpur 1 kg mutton Dahi 100 gms Ginger garlic 4 tablespoons Yellow chilli (pisi) 2 tablespoons Onion 4 big size.... Marinate mutton ginger garlic paste, out of 4 onions make paste of 2 onions and add in the marinate, yellow chilli, curd and salt.. keep it for 1 or 2 hours... In a pot add 2 big sliced onion fry it till golden brown. Take it out on a plate. In the same oil add the marinated mutton and cook in till the mutton becomes tender and oil separates... Take the fried onion in a mixer add 2 teaspoon of zeera, 16 chot li elaichi, 20 laung, 1 javitri, 1/4 jaiphal and make a paste... Add this onion and garam masala paste in to the mutton. So your yakhni is ready For sella rice you have to soak the rice at least for 2 hours and sella rice take time around 20 mins 2 cook.. boil the rice with tez patta ang 5 green chilli When 90 percent done strain the water... Now layer the rice with mutton..add food Colour 2 tablespoons of kewra and finely chopped 15 green chilli... Put on dum for atleast 40 mins and don't open the pot atleast 20 mins..I hope u will like the kanpur style mutton biryani

You need to add ghee at the top of the last layer of rice. Use 5 drops of meetha attar mixed with half cup milk and layer it on the last layer of rice. Make holes on top with a rolling pin so that the ghee and meetha attar is well absorbed by the rice. Also marinate the mutton with regular spices and add a little bit of Kashmiri red chilli powder. That gives a good color. And add the saffron food color instead of the red one. I won’t say I’m the best but I cook relatively good mutton biriyani. Don’t skip the ghee. That’s the ultimate trick for that kick. And yes, the lemon that you squeezed, trying to make a solution of lemon juice mixed with a little bit of sugar and then add it to the last layer
Mutton ko pehle boil kare with bit khade masale, diced onion three in one kg, two big spoon ginger garlic paste in cooker for seven whistle.. Then make the rest of the mutton the way you did.. Isse mutton will be tender like anything.

I am from Hyderabad and make authentic Hyderabadi biryani. For best results you need to marinate the mutton and add cardamom powder in the marination. This gives a very nice aroma to the biryani.

Mutton must be marinated always
Shahi zeera,cloves, cardamon, milk,green chillies,little bit of oil, dhaniya and pudina and salt must be added to water and get nice boil then add rice to it. First rice must be on 1 kani.i.e it should break in one side

Top layer 3 kani
Add butter piece on top while u put on dum.

Try this out
So for mutton biryani of 1 kg
Take 6 medium onions and fry till golden
Then add ginger garlic paste
Then add 5 medium tomatoes sliced with half a cup of water and mix everything until properly mashed
After this add 1 packet of shan bombay biryani masala and add 1 cup of yougurt
Mix well
Put meat
Add 2 glasses of water
Let it boil then leave on low flame till meat is tender
Just spread corainder and mint leaves with green chillis on top while the meat is cooking
After the masala gets ready put layering with rice and color and give steam
Done
This is pakistani biryani recipe and it tastes heavenly.

We in Pakistan, add less onions and more tomatoes to give the sour kick. Onion gives alot of sweetness so we dont add much. Plus,completely skip the saunf its not needed.
I’m a 22 years old girl who always follows this recipe and everybody on my family loves this.
Measurements of the ingredients are up to you according to the spice tolerance
Boil mutton in pressure cooker with onions, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and a bit of Khade masale, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and oil. (1-2 whistles)
After the mutton is boiled, take a vessel and add the strained oil from the cooker to the vessel and let it heat completely.
Add the listed ingredients:
Barista (if 2 kgs mutton add 2 big cups)
Ginger garlic paste
1cup of curd mixed with your special biryani masala
Kashmiri Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
And let the above ingredients cook well until oil is released.
add the boiled mutton and let it cook for 4-5 mins
Then layer the rice and masala
And rest is history 😅

1.5kg mutton
1kg rice
1kg onion
1kgpotato and tomatoes round cut almost half inch in size.
Firstly marinate mutton with curd, ginger garlic paste,greenchilli paste, salt, turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder,black pepper and little nutmeg powder few strands of saffron and little kewra water and garam masala powder.
Boil the water put salt, bay leaf, elaichi powder,little bit lemon drops, badi elaichi and cinnamon sticks the put the rice in the water and let them cook 70%
Strain them put aside
Now layering put oil. Let the oil be extreme hot then put all the khada garam masala and switch off the flame and let them crackle now put the marinated mutton then put potatoes and tamato over it then put 30% of boiled rice then cover the layer of boiled rice with onion barista (fried onions) then put the remaining rice over it and then coriander leaves,mint leaves, lemon slices and some food colour and cover the vessel and let them cook on fast flame 20 minutes and 30 minutes for low flame and it's done. ❤

You have to brown the onions in the beginning. Adrak lehsan daal k. Add mutton in it , then add coriander powder on it. Mix it well. Masala will stick to mutton. Then the mandatory things to add in mutton biryani is, tomatoes , yogurt in a good quantity (your yoghurt was v less) and biryani masala. Then cook it. And dum laga den. In layers add yellow food color, dhaniya, podina leaves, you can add fried onion too in layering. Dry plum you can also add. Slices of lemon. Nd dum laga den. Yummiest ever mutton biryani ready 😘😘😘

Ingredients
First marination
Firstly take heavy bottom flat base non stick kadhai or utensil
Add Mutton Pieces add ginger garlic paste green chilli paste salt 🧂 turmeric powder red Chilli powder finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves kache papita ka paste mix all well keep it a side for 1 or half and hour
2 marination
Add crispy fried onions, curd, fried onion oil garam masala and lemon juice. mix all well.
Keep it a side
Wash the basmati rice and soak it for about 20 minutes
Heat a pan add water for boiling into water add cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom, shahzeera, green chillies, corainder leaves Mint leaves, salt and oil.
Bring it to boil. Add the soak rice into boiling water. Stir and cook the rice until 75% cook. Switch off the flame
Strain the rice with the help of a strainer.
Place the rice a aside.
Giving of dum.
Now, over the chicken add the complete rice and spread it evenly.
Add the chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Pour the saffron infused milk all over the rice.
fried onions all over, spread the onions evenly.
Add ghee all over the rice.
Cover the lid of the handi.
Dum on high flame for 15 minutes.
Dum on low flame for 10 more minutes.
Switch off the flame.
Take the biryani out from the bottom to the top.
Serve it hot on a plate.
Marination is very important be it mutton or chicken. Saffron soaked in milk in between layering can be flavorsome ..

For 1 kg biryani
Plz use golden sella rice in kanpur
1 kg mutton
Dahi 100 gms
Ginger garlic 4 tablespoons
Yellow chilli (pisi) 2 tablespoons
Onion 4 big size....
Marinate mutton ginger garlic paste, out of 4 onions make paste of 2 onions and add in the marinate, yellow chilli, curd and salt.. keep it for 1 or 2 hours...
In a pot add 2 big sliced onion fry it till golden brown.
Take it out on a plate.
In the same oil add the marinated mutton and cook in till the mutton becomes tender and oil separates... Take the fried onion in a mixer add 2 teaspoon of zeera, 16 chot li elaichi, 20 laung, 1 javitri, 1/4 jaiphal and make a paste...
Add this onion and garam masala paste in to the mutton. So your yakhni is ready
For sella rice you have to soak the rice at least for 2 hours and sella rice take time around 20 mins 2 cook.. boil the rice with tez patta ang 5 green chilli
When 90 percent done strain the water...
Now layer the rice with mutton..add food Colour 2 tablespoons of kewra and finely chopped 15 green chilli... Put on dum for atleast 40 mins and don't open the pot atleast 20 mins..I hope u will like the kanpur style mutton biryani

1 kilo mutton biriyani receipe, 2 onion,3 tomatoes,chilli powder 2 spoon, salt 1 spoon,briyani masala 1/2 spoon ,lemon 1 khuthmeer,pudina, harimirchi ,yeh ambur briyani apne sunna honga bohot famous hai south side yeh zaroor try kare aap bohot tempting hoti hai
You need to add ghee at the top of the last layer of rice. Use 5 drops of meetha attar mixed with half cup milk and layer it on the last layer of rice. Make holes on top with a rolling pin so that the ghee and meetha attar is well absorbed by the rice. Also marinate the mutton with regular spices and add a little bit of Kashmiri red chilli powder. That gives a good color. And add the saffron food color instead of the red one. I won’t say I’m the best but I cook relatively good mutton biriyani. Don’t skip the ghee. That’s the ultimate trick for that kick. And yes, the lemon that you squeezed, trying to make a solution of lemon juice mixed with a little bit of sugar and then add it to the last layer
