With the end of the tube being telencephalon. And the outpouching on each side of the tube of the telencephalon. And then showing clearly that the medial side of each pouch is the side where the (left and right) hippocampus is located.
I understand how you feel. It IS tough to see these minute details. What helped me a lot is learning by observing how more senior Radiologists interpret the studies or by checking examples in reputable sources (e.g. journals and in Radiopaedia). Goodluck!
