The thing I love most about your videos , is the fact that you take time for the kids questions at the dock. Someday I'm gonna come down and fish with you. Keep up the good work nick
The fishing is great, but the best thing to me about this channel is how positive and upbeat Capt. Nick is 24/7. Not that it never happens, but I’ve never seen him get frustrated or yell at anyone on his boat. Watched plenty of videos where the pressure to catch the fish completely ruins the mood on board from people yelling/arguing and I’ve never seen that on this channel!
Love the video start to finish. Really loved Sarah’s honesty about the fish. Every time we see you out on the blue and then you invite into your home that is as real as it gets. THANK YOU
Nick I just started watching and I am hooked. Thank you for allowing us to go fishing with you. May God bless you and your wife and the new baby that is coming.
Your welcome.... Glad to see this.. I brought up the rec quota to the ahead counsel. I put it into the meeting agenda. I was on the SAFMC wreckfish sub panel.
So cool to see you showing people the other parts that normally get trashed are still very good to eat. Grew up eating cheeks and throats, also cobia belly is great for sushi, or on the grill.
I've been watching your videos for about a year.I love the way when you get back n from a trip you clean the fish an interact with people around the dock.that is awesome an lots of time you do the clean an cook .you are a awesome person an have a awesome family an friends around bud an Mary's.have to put that on my bbucket list .to meet y'all one day.would be a dream come true to get to go out on a trip.maybe I'll hit the lottery I one day.that would be the only way I could afford it.keep the videos comeing.
Clicked on the video and was like "ohhh I bet that's the other view of Gabe's trip" ....but nopeeee it's another great wreck fish video 🤘 great video keep on keeping on Nick ! I said it before and I'll say it again the amount of communication between UA-camrs is incredible
Love your videos Capt. Nick, need to charter a fishing trip with you. We live in the keys (Marathon) for the winter and need to take a fishing trip.Keep the videos coming!!
dat grouper was caught rite cleaned rite an 2rd of cooking on treager it just needed melted butter an lemon.outstanding vid nic, keepem commin an yall be safe..
Hey Nick i been fishing my whole life and back in the day we didn't have a elec reel for that deep water fishing. But i can recall bring up golden tiles in 6 to 8 hundred feet on a pen 5 0 two speed and its was a lot of work but well wearth my time out of nj back in the late 80s. Electric makes fishing deep a lot more easyer. Nice video. Keep fishing you are the man. And you explain everything so well right down to cooking your catch. I enjoy every thing that i been seeing in your video's great stuff. Joe
I love the way Capt. Nick uses the term"groceries"go get them Capt. Nick!!!!!!! Oh yeah where's the BEANSTER? What's up with the bag of water hanging up at the cleaning table?
Nick can't wait for your next videos. We're is our Sadie the "Boss" Nick I love fishing but due to health I can't go but through your video's I am fishing thank you.
Hats off to that brave camera man in the water. A shark could follow up a fish y’all are pulling in and decide he looks like an easier target 🤣 awesome video as always
That was an exciting video Capt Nick! This spring I took my young Sons fishing out of Jupiter with Capt Larry McCarthy (Latitude Sportfishing) and we had a great time. I'm gonna be saving up my money so I can take them fishing again next spring; gonna try to get into one of your houseboats for lodging and we wanna do some deep drops, electric reels. Thanks for sharing!!!
OK.....couple of things.....you got some knife skills on par with Bluegabe!! Sandbagging..... so you don't have to clean fish?! Methinks that is correct! :P You are cooking a big piece of fish if you need a pizza peel to take the fish off the grill!! Hey, now you know. Would that be better cooked at a higher heat and not smoked? Natural sausage casings get chewy when smoked......just a thought. Awesome video! After watching Dearmeat and Bluegabe videos......it would be awesome to come and visit.......I think that might be bucket list!!:) Be safe....congrats on the little one!
Thanks! Appreciate the comment. I’m gonna cook the next one at higher heat from the start. I think the wreckfish that Gabe cooked in his video a few days before might have been a little chewy it sounded like, so it just might be the texture of the fish.
Congrats man on the soon to come baby !! Me and my dad just bought a 30ft sport fishing boat start are commercial fishing going to be catch clean and cook to ✊🏼✊🏼🔥
Collars always seem to have a different texture. I fish out in Cali and we catch a lot of yellow tail the collars are my favorite part of the fish. Same with the bluefin we catch out here also. Great videos keep them up, cant wait to fish with you one of these days.
First Your kitchen table is beautiful All that figure plus the green acrylic casting in void areas On skinning membrane Try catfish skinners by maybrun I believe
What a Great Trip!! would you mind telling us the details about the rods you are using for your deep dropping? are they the same ones you use for Swording?
Florida Red Grouper is my favorite fish. When you guys had the road-block in place my local seafood shop *received a fresh new shipment EVERY DAY and had it on sale for half-price.* Since the road-block came down they only get it "whenever" (unpredictably) now and it's back up to full-price again. But I sure pigged-out on it and spent many hundreds & hundreds & hundreds of dollars buying it while it was cheap & available. Since all your restaurants had no tourist business that un-bought fish flooded into Central & North Florida I guess. Which seafood-shop in the Keys will ship it to me on ice for the best price? Would you know?
Needing a bigger knife to fillet your fish is a good problem to have captian nick but you need a sword lol and you sold me on the seasoning but not the throat another great video
What’s with the hanging plastic bag of water at the fish cleaning table? Awesome deep dropping, sorry you missed the marlin, but a great day on the water!
Thanks for watching! We catch them in 1000’-1300’ here usually. Yes on the air rifle, we try to keep the iguana population at a reasonable amount in the backyard
The thing I love most about your videos , is the fact that you take time for the kids questions at the dock. Someday I'm gonna come down and fish with you. Keep up the good work nick

That's about 15 seconds that young fellow will remember his whole life ! Good stuff ! As always great show
Just remember, if momma ain't happy ain't nobody happy. Great video as always!
Love the video start to finish. Really loved Sarah’s honesty about the fish. Every time we see you out on the blue and then you invite into your home that is as real as it gets. THANK YOU

I love the water cameraman... I feel like I’m watching “Into the Blue” but with more fish and less commercials!
Lol so true
Strictly Outdoor I shouldn’t have said that... I actually like that show. I watched it all the time before I discovered all the shows on UA-cam
Eric Davis I was just saying that it’s so true because there’s no commercials during the water cameraman
Strictly Outdoor I just figured I should be nice, they probably watch Nick’s channel to figure out how he catches so many swordfish
Now that’s a throat. Props to being interactive with the kids 🤙🏽
He was keeping an eye on him!
Love your videos Capt. Nick, need to charter a fishing trip with you. We live in the keys (Marathon) for the winter and need to take a fishing trip.Keep the videos coming!!

Wreckfish meat can be tough especially a big one like that. But man they are delicious. Great job as always capt.
I love the way Capt. Nick uses the term"groceries"go get them Capt. Nick!!!!!!! Oh yeah where's the BEANSTER? What's up with the bag of water hanging up at the cleaning table?
The bag of water is to help with the black flys that are in the Keys this time of year
Man Capt Nick, you put the groceries on the boat today.👍
Look at its eyeball ! Nuts.
The cutting board is cute. 😍
Next time ship that grouper head to 🇯🇲 I'll clean it chop it in 4pcs n steam it in coconut juice fish run down style ask Mike about that Nick 👍

Florida Keys!Blackfin Tuna!
The throat that reminds me of halabut nick
i swear every time nick cleans a fish it looks like he’s in a race. lol
He sure does.. He looks like he’s cleaned a couple 😎👍🏻
That’s because he’s on the clock.
What a Great Trip!!

Key Largo Fisheries is a popular place
Looks really good ! Why no J. Mike to give that carcass to ?
Congrats on the new baby in the oven stanzfam
Needing a bigger knife to fillet your fish is a good problem to have captian nick but you need a sword lol and you sold me on the seasoning but not the throat another great video
Hey Stan yyou should have save the head for Jamaican Mike
heck ya new vid!
What knife were you using to filet? It went through that fish like it was late for an appointment. Great vid 👍🏼
Nick , try another and thinner piece of meat. Grouper's eyes remind me of a scene from the "Total recall" movie :D eyeballs like a baseball.
What’s with the hanging plastic bag of water at the fish cleaning table?
Awesome deep dropping, sorry you missed the marlin, but a great day on the water!
The Florida Keys have a lot of black flys around right now , just something to try to help keep them away while cutting fish
StanzFam we have lots of flies when we clean fish too, I’ll have to give it a try! Thanks
Another video watched.
I thought I heard a hover droid and realized it’s coming form the vid . Was ready to shoot it down.😂
I like how you're honest rather than "deer meat for dinner" where everything is "perfect the best I've had" every time with his fake enthusiasm.
Nice grouper #53
Try some Brazilian Steak seasoning or Montreal Steak seasoning on your fish. Its not just for red meat. Great on fish!!!!
Love your videos Nick! How deep were those fish caught at?
Also, Is that an Air Rifle in the background at 18 min?
keep up the great work!
Thanks for watching! We catch them in 1000’-1300’ here usually. Yes on the air rifle, we try to keep the iguana population at a reasonable amount in the backyard
@@StanzFam Thanks Nick! Would have loved to see Jamaican Mike cook that slob head! LOL
Wreckfish collar is best brined over night then smoked @225 90min. Pick & cool then make into dip or cakes (think crab cakes) and pan fried
Who made the cutting board and the kitchen table? Really like them. Awesome catch by the way
Doug Berry made the cutting board, I put his info in the description.
Electric reels ZAP all the fun out of it.
EPIC 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
What brand of knife were U using to clean that grouper ???
