Ok, these La Sportiva trail running shoes are awesome! Doing this La Sportiva Bushido II review was a great! They are lightweight, extremely comfortable... probably one of the most comfortable trail running shoes that I have reviewed on this channel. No surprise these La Sportiva trail runners were picked as the best mountain running shoes, best trail running shoes 2019, best trail running shoes 2020, you get the point, by multiple online reviewers.

Definitely get a size larger. I got 1.25 sizes larger than my running shoes, but 1.5 would be better. REI has the best return policy for shoes.

You should add a section on support/shank etc., because that's an important point when choosing a survival shoe, you may need to carry a pack, or go off trail and bushwhack
