I just use ddclient on one of my linux machines. This will detect if a change has occurred and update the record in Cloudflare if required. Cloudflare have a list of tools you can use with them, here - developers.cloudflare.com/dns/manage-dns-records/how-to/managing-dynamic-ip-addresses/. If I recall correctly, ddclient supports a few different providers.
