Hearing Judy say good morning and watching Julianna Bear wake up is my favorite part of the vlogs!
Judy, I really admire your relationship with your mom! I know a lot of people tend to focus more on their own family once they're married, have children, etc. I really like how you still spend a lot of time with your mom having random shopping days and other thaaaangs. I'm only 22, and I lost my mom last June to cancer, and seeing you enjoy the little things with your mom really makes me smile, while also making me miss my mom as well. Keep it up! (:

As a grandmother myself, I am confident that at least 90% of grandmothers would agree that we LOVE spending time with our grandkids. Even though mine are older now and getting their own lives, I still treasure our time together just as I did when they were little. Watching Judy's videos and seeing JuliannaBear reminds me of when mine were little. I now for sure JuliannaBear's "Mama" WANTS to be with her. We're grandparents; we can say NO if we want. But that's no fun!

I think it is great that Julianna spends so much time with her grandmother. I lived with my parents and sister at my grandparents house untill i was one year old and there is nothing wrong with me. There will be a special bond between her and her grandmother, no doubt about that, but it is not gonna hurt her relationship to Judy.
So nice to see Julianna develop well. Judy and Benji are doing great as parents. My hats off to them.

I used to go to my grandmas alllll the time when I was littler and I loved it. It gave me some of the greatest memories. I think it's a great thing Julianna gets to spend time with her grandma(:

Yes, I love Sears! I was trying to find a very basic/simple white dress for my Confirmation a few years ago, and Sears was actually my last stop. I found the perfect dress (well, the best that I found that day) and the original price was $70-80, and managed to get it for $7! This family is so adorable and the videos really make you feel like you're part of the fam. Also, please don't stress about uploading vlogs daily!! Being new parents is hard enough as it is.

Judy is blessed to have her Mother involved in Julianna's life. Judy does not USE her Mother, her Mother choses to be involved. I as a Mother would have loved for my children to have seen my Mother every day, but she lives too far away and she would have also CHOSEN to be with them every day if she could have.

Having her mother watch Julianna for her is absolutely normal in Asian cultures. Asian parents love taking care of their grandkids and forming special bonds with them. My grandma raised my sisters and I and we've always had nothing but love and respect for her. I'm sure if her mom had the chance, she'd even move in to spend more time with them. AND, Julianna is the only grandchild that lives close to them so of course she'll spoil her and spend a lot of time with her.

To the people talking about Julianna being taken care of by her grandmother: It's 100% healthy for Julianna , especially with the amount she has been. It's building trusting support networks for her that will be greatly beneficial when she grows.
my parents always had work and me and my brother were always at my grandma's but i love my parents i have an amazing realationship with them! They didn't miss anything important in my brother's life and mine. Even tho i was almost raised by my grandparents i spent alot of time with my parents also. They need some free time, and i bet Judy's mom loves to spend time with Julianna so why not?
