    Dear sir
    As explained by you that nuclear force is a short range force and you shown with figure that inside nucleus it operates only over small volume that's why all nucleons doesn't get collected over small space thereby increasing density. According to my view nuclear force operates over whole volume of nucleus and all nucleon get concentrated over a very small region. So kindly rectify your figure

      As 1mev=10to power6 eV
      S0 1240mev=1240 ×10^6ev
      Divide and multiply above eq by 1000
      (1240×10^6 ×1000)/1000=1.24×10^9ev
