If you have an internal battery you will have to look up a disassembly video for your model computer so you can get inside your computer. You can do this same method in the video you will just have to unplug the battery from the motherboard instead of taking it out.

If I were you I would do what you see in this video and do a BIOS reset at the same time when you already inside the computer. It can't work without RAM unless you have the memory integrated into your motherboard or if you have four RAM slots sometimes people don't realize when they look at two of the RAM slots that there are another two on the other side of the motherboard.

This is NOT helpful. This is not my problem. I was just playing Roblox, with the Windows I minimised which are Steam, and Discord. I was in a call with my friend and the laptop froze. I tried fixing it by closing the laptop. But it still not work. Any tips? I do not want to unscrew anything and this is a new laptop from Saturday (Philippine Time).
If it works fine after this method then you shouldn't have to do anything else. If the problem happens again then it could be a sign of an issue with your battery or charger.

When you say you replaced the battery cells did you replace the cells in the battery and it still doesn't charge? Or are you saying that you replaced the whole battery and it still doesn't charge? Because replacing the cells can be a tricky thing it doesn't always work. Often times it is easier just to replace the whole battery.

Do you use surge protector? It could be you are having a problem with an outlet in your house giving it to much juice. Does the computer turn on at all? Like turns on but the screen is black?

@@EggheadFixers turns on rightaway after connecting the AC adapter (without pressing the power button), but the blue LED blinks 2 times and turns off (when RAM module is removed), without any display (black screen). But remains on without any display (when RAM module is inserted). Its without the battery because battery is dead but was working only with the AC adapter previously. The AC adpater is working fine becsuse when I checked the voltage using multimeter, it showed 20v.
@@EggheadFixers i don't think it's a RAM issue because it turns on without pressing the power button. Why the board will power on itself when the AC adapter is connected?
A friend of mine gave me his Acer Aspire Laptop (5942 G, Windows 10) and gave also the password. I hate passwords, so to avoid having to enter it anytime I want to use the laptop, I erased it in the password section in the Settings. When I turn on the laptop, it turns on the fans, the screen remains black, there is no mouse cursor and the machine turns on and off repeatedly until the machine finally turns off by itself. Please let me know how to solve this problem, I accept having to enter the password again.

Hello can you please help me i tried to turn on my acer laptop but it doesn't, it has only black screen so i guess its low battery so i try to charge it but it doesn't, when it's charging the light at the side that shows its charging should be on but its not😭 help

My Acer Aspire ES1-132 11 inch laptop is not turning on, even after trying these steps. Is it a motherboard problem?

@@EggheadFixers turns on rightaway after connecting the AC adapter (without pressing the power button), but the blue LED blinks 2 times and turns off (when RAM module is removed), without any display (black screen). But remains on without any display (when RAM module is inserted). Its without the battery because battery is dead but was working only with the AC adapter previously. The AC adpater is working fine becsuse when I checked the voltage using multimeter, it showed 20v.

@@EggheadFixers i don't think it's a RAM issue because it turns on without pressing the power button. Why the board will power on itself when the AC adapter is connected?

A friend of mine gave me his Acer Aspire Laptop (5942 G, Windows 10) and gave also the password. I hate passwords, so to avoid having to enter it anytime I want to use the laptop, I erased it in the password section in the Settings. When I turn on the laptop, it turns on the fans, the screen remains black, there is no mouse cursor and the machine turns on and off repeatedly until the machine finally turns off by itself. Please let me know how to solve this problem, I accept having to enter the password again.
Does it display the Acer logo? Or is it a black screen and that's it?
@@EggheadFixers thanks very much for your reply, I took the laptop to a technician and he found out that the problem was that a memory was failing. Now the problem is solved. Thanks again!!!

It keeps like turning black when I log on and then after a while it stops then it later does that again
That can be a software or a hardware problem. I would first try factory resetting your computer. If that doesn't work then here are two videos that I would try after that:
