If such selfmade falsehood is removed from kashmiri culture..... scholars of our past were of tremendous capabilities and stature.......translating whole shahnama is not a joke .....in today's world people claim PHDs in just translating few fragments of furdousi...... As kashmiri we have already lost sharda language and farsi now we are on the brink of loosing our mother tongue....kashmiri too
He translated 50000 verses of Shahnama into 20000 verses of Kashmiri in 3 volumes without missing the content but shortening it out.. Then he composed Khilafatnama in 6000 verses as 4th volume for which he did incredible research and it was a response and correction of Firdousi who had portrayed Arabs and Conquest of Iran in a very bad light, probably because as Shia he hated Hadrat Umar(ra)'s take over of Iran. Unfortunately, we couldn't make Wahan Sahab famous, even Shahnama hasn't been published
