They're both doctors, have sisters who are the main character of their show (have their name in the show's title), they're both named Alexandra, their love interests both had the initials MES (Maggie Ellen Sawyer, Mark Everett Sloan), both played by the same person. Despite all the similarities, they're completely different characters and Chyler does such a good job at portraying both of them.
Ok to me Chyler with long hair is Lexie Grey and Chyler with short hair is Alex Danvers
